I had a vintage turn table that needed repaired.  It was part of a cabinet type radio.  I called ahead and was given the option of removing the turn table and taking it into the shop, or having the owner stop by and removing it for me. I opted to take it in myself after he gave me directions on how to remove it  which I appreciated.  When I went into the shop I was taken back by the number of electronics all over the place. The owner greeted me and was friendly and a pleasure to talk to.  I felt comfortable leaving my turntable there. Within a few days I got a call back by the owner to inform me that the turn table could be fixed.  A part needed to be special ordered due to the age of the turn table. He gave me the option of ordering it myself, or allowing him to order the part after I dropped off payment.  I chose to let him order it.  He ordered the part and within a couple of weeks I got another call to tell me that the turntable had been repaired and was ready for pick up.  The special order part including shipping was $50.  The diagnostic check and time to repair it was about $50.  When I picked up the turntable, I mentioned that I would need to to buy some vinyl records  now.  He gave me a new free record from the back to keep!
Overall I was very happy with my experience. I didn't expect my old turntable to be fixable.  Associated TV took care of business and now I have a working vintage cabinet stereo!
Great experience. I had originally called the local Best Buy.  The Best Buy employee gave me the name and number of Associated TV. The Associated TV Owner and company have been in business for many, many, many years.  Highly recommended.
