 + -1 moreGreat. Just like he was on the phone, Joe was friendly and non-assuming and did not treat me like I was clueless. He explained the problem (gee, I really am clueless, so it didn't stick) and fixed everything. He even leveled the air conditioning unit at no extra charge and at an extra 10-15 minutes of work--helping me scout around for materials.
Description of Work: AC repair. I am not quite sure of the details as I am NOT a technical sort of person. We're selling our house, and the AC has been acting up (a lag in starting up) and, on top of that, a house inspector pointed out the AC was not level. My husband has already moved to our new city, so I had to take care of it myself. I sent out an email to co-workers asking for recommendations, and I got back two possibilities.
