Pete responded quickly to my phone call. Came within 2 days to give estimate. Work was professionally done. Went extra mile to have yard and drive cleared of all debris. All work performed as agreed upon. Would recommend him without hesitation.

He is the best. Wouldn't call anyone else.

This was a really gigantic blue spruce.  Pete has top rated machinery and men to get the work done quickly.  He and his crew did a professional, job of felling the tree perfectly and grinding up its branches.  His grinding of the roots was the most complete grind I've ever seen.  He smoothed down the whole root area ( about 15 feet in diameter) and left it ready for planting grass and even another tree.  All the sawdust dirt was carried away.  The surrounding grass and driveway were raked clean.  I've hired tree cutters many times, but none did such  outstanding work as the American Arborist Tree Care.

Pete was quick to respond to my inquiry (that day) and we set a fair price for the work. He missed the initial time frame he gave me for doing the work, but when I called to inquire as to the delay, he promised next day service. The missed initial deadline and my having to reach out to reschedule is my reason for only rating the company and quot;fairand quot; on punctuality, but they were right on time for the rescheduled service. From start to finish, the job took sixty minutes. Pete and his crew did a good job and thoroughly cleaned up the area before they left, such that you would be hard pressed to tell that anything had been done, at all. He also offered some advice on other potential problem trees on the property, and was generally very easy to work with. I would have no qualms calling him for any future work, should I require it.

Very fast with modern equipment and highly skilled services by Peter Cave and his crews. They were safe, fast, efficient. Priced very reasonable. Fabulous cleanup you really have to look closely to realize there were ever trees where we had trees removed. Hauled away brush and cleaned the yard . Absolutely impressed. The same day they removed a large tree in my mother's back yard beside her garage and just as efficient as at our house. It's almost as if these trees just vanished. Outstanding ! Will always use this company!

Have used Pete Cave and his crew several times for downed trees, ash tree treatment, dead and weakened branch removal. This latest job was to clean up after the wind storms of late June and early July. Pete came immediately (that evening) when we called to cut and move trees that had fallen over our driveway. He then returned a month or so later to clean up our property. We have a large property and it was a big job. We had several large trees down; one was a huge, old oak. We probably had half a dozen trees to cut up, remove or stack the wood and have stumps removed. They cleaned up all the saw dust and filled in holes so we could plant grass. The crew also climbed and removed branches threatening to fall.
Pete know a lot about trees and is willing to share his knowledge. There are no short cuts, no and quot;topping offand quot;. His crew is professional and polite. I think it's a little expensive, but have not compared their prices with other tree services.

Showed concern for my property (did not come after rain as ground was soft and it would be damaged by equipment).
