MY FIRST ATTEMPT FOR THE APPOINTMENT NO ONE SHOWED. THEY HAD NO APPOINTMENT RECORD. I THINK THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WITH AN ELDERLY VOICE LOST THE RECORD OF MY CALL. WHEN WE GOT SOMEONE OUT THEY DID NOT EVEN DO WHAT I REQUESTED.

THEY CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS EVERY 2YRS IN THE FALL TO SCHEDULE A "CHECK-UP" GREAT IDEA. WHO REMEMBERS? (UNTIL THE FURNACE DIES IN JAN)
