VASE TO VASE

Delivery and set up fee was included in our pricing. We were told that someone would be at the church to pin on the corsages and boutonnieres. The florist asked us for a list of names to ensure that they could locate all of the individuals receiving flowers. This never happened! All of the flowers were delivered to the church but were sitting in a box in the back of the church. My mother was with me in the bridal room, when a few minutes before walking down the aisle I realized that she did not have her corsage. She ran out and found the box! Then it was up to a few family members to make sure that everyone had their flowers. There are no florists in my family and needless to say, it was apparent from the photos since everyone's flowers were crooked! Even the groom! It was such a scramble with only minutes to spare before the ceremony to get all the flowers to the correct people. Had I known that the florist wouldn't hold true to their words, I would have delegated this task to someone. I have worked with V2V for many years and never thought that something like this could happen. The reception flowers were delivered as agreed upon. The centerpiece arrangements were beautiful. We have no issues with the product quality. The service provided, or rather not provided is not what we agreed to.

It went well. We met with Tom and discussed what we had in mind for wedding flowers. We didn't want flowers for decorations or centerpieces, we wanted boutonni res and corsages for about 17 people and then three bouquets and two head wreaths. I specifically wanted lavender and Tom and Jeff went out of there way to get fresh lavender for me - (it was not in season). I was confident that I didn't need to tell them how I wanted the flowers to look - I knew that I could leave it up to them to make a wonderful arrangement - better than anything I could have pictured. The day of the wedding, the flowers were where they were supposed to be and they were beautiful - perfect is a better word. I could not have asked for better!

Their arrangements are always beautiful, long-lasting, unique and classy. If you are looking for boring carnation bouquets with more baby's breathe and fern leaves than flowers, do not call V2V. When I want to to make my flower recipient happy and make their friends/office workers jealous, I call Tom and Jeff. Some times they even deliver the same day. I cannot say enough about this florist.

I have been extremely happy with everything I have purchased from them. They create the most beautiful and unique arrangements! I have told all of my friends about them and have heard nothing but good results from them.
