After doing a lot of research on the internet, we determined that Tech Corp had a good reputation in the roofing business. They primarily did flat roofs for commercial, but our residence has a 3400 sq. ft. flat roof which is unusual for a home. They gladly produced their insurance papers, bond proofs, references for work done within one year. Tech Corp has done flat roofs for Dunkin’ Donuts and Pat Catan’s branches.
Tom Joseph and his team of roofers worked steadily, were very clean, did not damage any of our property, and they did a professional job. All of our questions were answered honestly. They did not cut corners and followed thru like they said they would. All phone calls were returned promptly.
Took them about a week total, depending on the weather, to finish the roof. And it was extremely hot the whole time the roof was being installed . Tech Corp. worked steadily, cleaned up and we think they did a superior job for us.
The only drawback was that this was a very expensive roof, so if you are looking for a cheap price, you may be disappointed. We wanted a quality job with no hassles, and we got it.
I would heartily recommend Tom Joseph and Tech Corp. for any flat roof, copper roof, or tile roof you may need to get repaired or installed. I do not think they do asphalt roofs.
Also, Tech Corp did not mind that we were not a commercial company. (We had one commercial roofer turn us down because we were residential, not commercial, even though our roof was possibly larger than some commercial roofs are.)
