Very well. Did a nice job as usual.

It went very poorly.  This business left a flier on our door so we contacted him. He initially provided us with only a verbal estimate and we had to call him back in order to get a written one.  We were to have his service 3 weeks prior on a Friday but he cancelled due to wind.  A week past and we heard nothing from him so my husband had to call in order to get rescheduled.  We were rescheduled for Wednesday 6/22/16.  My husband called the day prior to confirm and we were told they would not be coming because he allowed his crew the day off for the Cavaliers parade downtown.  We were then rescheduled for Saturday 6/24/16 @ 12:00n. At 12:45p I called Mr. Kennedy and he said they were on another job but would be coming and the job would be completed. NOT.  His crew arrived around 2 or 2:30pm and informed us that they would only be able to do the gutters and power wash and would have to be rescheduled for the windows.  The job on the gutters was satisfactory.  The power wash on the house was fair, the sides and back were good but they only did a portion of the front of the house.  I informed them that they would have to return on Monday 6/26/16 to complete the windows because we have previously arranged for 15 yards of mulch to be installed on Tuesday.  His crew indicated that they would be back on Monday to do the windows.  I arrived from work at approximately 5pm and they were not here yet but I was told they would be coming after they finished another job.  They arrived at approximately 5:30pm to start our job.  The quality of work on the windows was fair to poor.  We also paid extra for them to wash the screens and those were not done very well either.  One of the crew members shared with my husband that he was not having a good day because he found out his girlfriend was cheating on him.  I realize that no one will do a job as good as you would do it yourself but for the expense I did expect a much better quality and service then what we received.  Over all his service is POOR and his crews quality of work is fair to poor. Though what do you expect when you are starting another job @ 5:30pm after working all day at another location.  We will never use this company again, Thank you for the opportunity to express my view of this company's services

I made the appointment two weeks ago. They were late and I called to ask when they were coming. They said they could not come on the 31st, and they would get to me first thing in the morning on June 1st. They have not yet showed up today. I have called them multiple times and left messages and they will not respond. Why make an appointment if they don't want to come and do the job? I believe my time is valuable and they should respect that.

Very good. Signature has done a very good job each time we have used them. Workers very nice guys.

It went exceptionally well. Dave, the owner, arranged to visit the house for an estimate for washing all our outdoor windows and screens. The estimate was reasonable and he was able to schedule us in the following week - he even rang to rearrange as there was a storm coming and he worked around that.
The whole team were very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

This company was great to work with. They returned my call within a couple of hours. After giving them my address they went to my home and checked all of the windows out. I didn't have to be there while they were doing the estimate. I have approx. 26 windows with some up at a second level height. They called me with a price very quickly and we scheduled a date. Very professional and fast. They came with their own supplies and were finished in about an hour. I'm pretty particular about my windows and they did not disappoint me at all. The windows look great. No streaks or missed corners. I will be using them for my windows and probably my gutters when the time comes. Excellent company.

I had a good experience and the guy called me back when I requested a quote. He was able to come here in a few days and they did a good job. They actually got up on ladders and hand cleaned all the windows unlike other cleaning companies who have just sprayed the windows and left. We have some very high windows so it is hard to get there. I have had people come over to clean gutters who didn't spray the gutters off with the hose but these guys did an excellent job.

Signature Window And Gutter Cleaning was great and showed up on time. They did a great job and they worked on something that was not included and they did not charge me. They were very friendly and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

Very pleased with Dave Kennedy and his crew. Dave very pleasant to deal with. Also, they took the leaves and other debris with them.

As stated above, the gutters were extremely clogged. Dave Kennedy arrived promptly in his truck, brought ladders and cleaning materials and cleaned the gutters thorougly but with care. He secured the gutters in two places. He was careful not to inconvenience a neighbor whose dog had to be confined while he worked on the neighbor's side of my house. He cleaned the gutters on the garage, as well.
