Called twice, but never got a return phone call.

very quick phone call - 15 seconds maybe? she says she's booked and not taking on any new clients.
I would prefer not to have had to grade her (above) because I didn't use or really even speak with her Gave her a c only because it is a middle of the road grade... Didn't feel right giving her any grade at all, really!
Also, the only reason I won't use her in the future is that I will hopefully find someone else soon and stick with them for a long time!

We have been using Shannon for over 4 months now to clean our house. She cleans every other week for us. We couldn't be happier!
She responded promptly when I initially contacted her, and kept her appointment to meet with us to go over our needs and her availability and pricing. We hired her, and have not once regretted our decision. She arrives on time and ready to work, brings all of her own cleaning supplies and utensils, is professional, hard working, detail oriented, trustworthy, and pleasant. When we have had extra work that needed done or pointed out something in particular that we would like taken care of, she has always accommodated our requests. She is fairly priced, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. We look forward to working with Shannon for years to come. Thanks Shannon!

I called her looking for someone to clean my parents' home. She didn't respond, so I never even got an estimate.

Called to see if Shannon covers my area (Chagrin Falls). Understandably, she does not, since she lives near Fairview Hospital. It would be helpful for potential clients to see on Angies List what areas she serves. She was pleasant on the phone.

I have called twice and left messages to call me about cleaning my house, and have never received a reply....Is it possible this number is incorrect? There is no message on the phone except that the person at that number is unavailable. Very disappointing.

She prices herself by the job. She is wonderful. I have known her for 14 years. She is really confident and is willing to do whatever needed. She spends time and does the work well and is honest and reliable.

Excellent. She does all blinds, rooms are very clean, she is prompt, stays full time to get the job done. Nothing ever missing as I have her now come on a regular basis. For anyone on the west side of cleveland, I have moved 3 times with 3 different cleaning services and by far she is the best. If you leave her a list, she will do it. Excellent.

She is honest, hardworking, dependable, reliable and competent. She negotiates her price with each person. I would definitely continue to use her services in the future too.
