"In Response to [member name removed] review. I thought everything went well at the appointment. When meeting [member name removed] we discovered right away that his timer was not working, Because he just purchased a bank owned property he was hesitant in putting the money into the timer with out knowing if there was any other damage to the sprinkler system. instead of stopping at that point I mentioned to him that we could operate the sprinkler system from the valve boxes and from there we could determine what other issues there where. We discovered several broken heads and one zone with bad pressure. I did write an estimate to cover what was broken. He told that he would get back to me with in 2 or 3 days. I did realize only a week or two ago when I was doing invoicing that I had all the copies of the estimate. I do regret that I did not follow up with [member name removed] when I did not here from him."

Provider made a contact immediately after I made the appointment thru the website. Had a minor glitch with the online appointment, but the person provided different time for my appointment. Overall: making the appointment and initial contact went well and smoothly.
Came to the appointment on-time. Professionally introduced his name, etc and described the plan for the day. Went to the sprinkler controller and immediately explained how things operate. Provided some advise and his advise was in alignment to most landscaper suggestions on when to water and how frequent to water lawn. Performed the backflow test and shared immediately that everything passed.
Went thru each sprinkler head, checked, and adjusted the heads appropriately. Found one head that was bad and provided a cost to replace it. I'm sure the cost of the sprinkler was marked-up, but it was done at the same time, convenience and he took care of the issue with the soil where the head was buried anyway.
In the end, he explained to me what he will do with the backflow test submission and indicated when he will submit it. Provided a copy of the passed test.
I'm quite pleased with the service. Will definitely use them again and invite them to have a winterization of my sprinkler system. I would definitely recommend this company!!

That turned out great! One technician came out and it took him about an hour. I communicated with him the day before and let him know there was a leak. I took a picture and sent it to him, he was then able to come out the next week to fix that. I did have to pay extra for the part and it was $59.00.

Went well. He was able to check the operation and set the timers. The reason I would not use him in the future was that I asked him for a quote for expanding the system, installing a rain sensor and stopping a drip leak. His quote was just the price written on the back of the bill. When I got a second quote from another Angies List provider, the price was HALF of his quote.

Previous owner did not keep washer near by and they had to fix it. Few days later it was leaking and he came back with the proper washer. The system woks great.

"As in regards to the for mentioned rating. Service my lawn sprinkler did check out the entire sprinkler system. the pressure was low on both tree lawn zones. the zones had, if my memory serves 10-11 15 ft spray patterns which would be by the city of Westlakes average water pressure of 100 psi. 2 heads to many. As far as the rains sensor is concerned the reading from the rain sensor on the timer where in line with a sensor working properly and when the rain sensor is reading a proper reading the only way to test it is to climb on the roof. You normally do not test a rain sensor if you are getting a correct reading at the timer. As far as the leak is concerned when [Member Name Removed] contacted me regarding the leak I immediately responded and informed her that some leaks do not appear right away and that I can come and fix it. I went to her house the next day and called her offering to fix it. At that point she politely said no thank you and that she would have some one else do the work. I never told her that there would be a charge. My clients from Angie's list can attest that when they purchase my services from the Big deal or my store front, that they receive up to two hours of labor at a 55% discount and I that I stand by my service. I am sorry that this working relationship did not work out."

I plan to have him come and do some work on the sprinklers next week but he has not done the work yet. He quoted me $300 to $350 for the work. His name is James and he was late for 15 to 20 minutes in coming from when he said that he would come but he had called me to slightly reschedule. He was going to come at 12:00 and then he said that he had an opening at 10:00 so that was fine but then he did not get here until 10:15 or 10:20. But other than that, he was willing to go through with me each of the sprinklers and come up with a plan of how to take care of whatever issues they had and so he was pleasant enough. I felt pretty good overall after he left with the description of the work that he said that he is going to do for me although there was no written estimate so maybe that was not a good thing but other than that, I felt alright. I did not have the time to do like three estimates or something so I do not know how to judge his price but I think that it was pretty much a good value. His responsiveness was pretty good. I must have called him on Friday and he was able to come up with an estimate today. He was prompt.
