Their work product was very good. They were very clean when they did the work and completed the work on a weekend and did not drop it for a bigger project.

It went smoothly. Crew worked well together and with us. They were prompt, courteous and, professional. They cleaned up all work areas before leaving each day.

Overall we are very pleased with job. Scott and crew were reliable, professional and easy to work with. Scott bids jobs differently than other contractors - his bids are for labor only. He then buys the supplies that you need bu you pay for them separately (no markup). The positives of the experience were that the crew is very easy to work with. There are 3 or 4 guys who came out. They are all nice and easy going. We changed our mind multiple times during the course of the job and they accommodated us without hassle. The quality of the work was generally excellent. They did a great job with carpentry, tile installation, wiring and electrical work. Negatives were that communication was sometimes lacking. We expected job to take 3 weeks but it took 2 months. Some of this was due to our changes, but their pace was slower than expected. But I would rather have it done slow and right than fast and wrong. We would definitely use the again.

S&J were great from start to end. They provided a comprehensive estimate and helped us determine the best configuration of the lights. We accepted their bid, and they scheduled the work a week later. On the day they were to start, they showed up as expected at 7:30AM. There were two guys at the house, and they worked hard all day. No long breaks, and they took less than an hour for lunch. Other than that, they were working hard all day long. They worked until almost 7PM and nearly finished the job (estimated for 2-3 days). Only some drywall patch work was required over the next couple of days. The end result looks fantastic. The job was done on time and actually came in a little under the estimate. They didn't mark up any of the materials used, and they provided me with receipts of all materials purchased. They were profession, polite, and had great attitudes. It's a real relief to have found a reliable, honest contractor. Will absolutely use them in the future.

S&J was very thorough in initial quote and closely tracked all expenses w/receipts. Helped us save $ on raw materials too. As scope of project expanded (i.e. stained trim vs. paint, custom shelves, etc.) and worked well to explain any additional costs. Work quality was very good. Best part was the crew. Probably had at least 8 guys here over the duration, depending on what stage we were at. All were very professional, friendly and considerate.

These guys are the best! They gave us a fair price, began working on the day they stated, and showed up every day! We've worked with other contractors before who showed up one day and were then gone for 2, but S&J stayed on the job. The guys doing the work are friendly, professional, and the quality of their work is A+. We highly, highly, highly recommend this company.

THE REPAIRMEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE A DEPENDABLE COMPANY. THEY KEPT THE WORK SITE NEAT AND COMMUNICATED WITH US DAILY. THEY ADDRESSED ANY CONCERNS THROUGHOUT THE JOB AND DEALT WITH NECESSARY CHANGES AND ADJUSTMENTS TO THE ORIGINAL PLAN WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.
