17 straight days of rain frustrated the start of this project. Ross was careful to be sure surface was dry enough to paint. Because prior paint jobs had been done incorrectly, there was lots of pealing and lots of prep work needed. Charged contractor rates for paint and materials which were all top grade - cost of paint not included in price but Ross is very up-front about what is included and what will cost extra. Painted and rehung mailboxes, house numbers, fixtures. Our house looks beautiful! Used this painter before for an interior job which was completed while we were at work - just gave him a key to the house.
