For me, helping new and existing customers enjoy their property year after year is a very satisfying experience. That’s where our maintenance services come in. Last winter they had an inexperienced operator who pushed the snow across the street onto the neighbor’s property which I believe is not legal. Worse, they damaged the neighbor’s walk. John Gilbride said he would cover the repair cost, but when I sent the receipt he stopped returning my calls completely. I had to pay the repair myself. Would never hire his company for anything. That’s totally unprofessional behavior and he did not keep his word.

The landscapers showed up with no identification, and raked up a few woodchips and proceeded to lay top soil on top of 6-10 inches of wood chips. We texted the owner, John, numerous times to tell him that all the woodchips were to be removed and the backyard leveled. It ended with John texting me that he was removing his workers from the job and would meet with us the following week to clarify what we wanted done. This was in the beginning of June. It is now the end of October and we haven't heard from them since. On top of this, the workers left their cigarette butts in my backyard when I specifically asked them not to since we have a dog who likes to eat anything and everything. The workers decided to take a nap in my lawn chairs after an hour of work. I'd think twice before hiring this company

It has not snowed much this year, but when it did they did not show up. They time they did show up, the job was not done adequately. they hardly ever answer their phones. I had signed on for a seasonal contact, so I am not very happy.

We had a good experience with them. In fact we contracted with them for the second year. The only thing I think they could have done a little bit better is that a couple of times they missed doing the sidewalk. They've done a really good job on the driveway. They do 3 or 4 houses from us so they plow the sidewalk all the way to the other house but they forgot ours a couple of times. I'm very pleased with them and we'll probably go with them again next year.

I called Premier Landscaping at 9:00 in the morning - with a foot of snow in my driveway - when I realized that my regular plow guy had bailed without notice. Within an hour, John called me back. Within another two hours, my driveway was cleared along with the sidewalk and steps. Top-notch, unbeatable service.

John Gilbride responded to my call in the Spring quickly and came over to give me an estimate for what I needed to be done.   I had not had a chance to clean out the beds in the fall and therefore there was a lot of work to be done.  John's crew worked very hard and were anxious to make sure that they had done everything I had in mind.  They really did a great job.  Based on that experience, I have signed on to have them do my summer lawn mowing and trimming.  John has also arranged for the fertilization of my lawn periodically during the spring, summer and fall.  Premier Landscaping has done a great job in keeping the yard looking great so far this summer.

These guys are great. Our contract was for snow removal at 3 houses each time it snowed over two inches and we didn't start the contract until January. They only use snow blowers and shovels so the result is a great deal of precision so our shrubs and Perenials made it through in great shape because the snow was evenly distributed.with large mounds. Need snow removal? Call Premier landscaping. we will call them again for the winter of 2014 :-)

They were very professional and prompt. They did a couple of other things when they did the major fall cleanup. When hurricane Sandy came through, we had some damage and they were out that morning to get a tree off the house and do some cleanup with that. They were very professional and responsive. They do very nice work. The quality was good. For my last experiences price wise, I though their prices were exceptionally reasonable for the amount of work they do.

We hired Premier Landscaping for snow removal this winter. We could not be more happy with the service they have provided so far. Our driveway gets cleared, along with the sidewalk out front of the house and the front walkway. They even clear a path to our back steps! John had remained in contact and has even checked with us after a smallish snowfall to see if we needed our drive cleared or not. I would happily recommend Premier Landscaping for snow removal without hesitation.

I contracted with Premier for snow removal at my mom's house in Lakewood as a christmas present. Another company had done plowing for the last couple of years, but were unable to give me a seasonal rate so I had to look elsewhere. I called around to a few places in the area and these guys had a good price, plus were a genuine pleasure to deal with. They even offered to email me a gift certificate to print and pass along to my mom. (which I gladly took them up on)

Fast forward to today, the day after our first real snow of the season. My mom called me to tell me what a great job Premier had done. She couldn't get over how thorough they were and how clean they had gotten everything. Around the cars, the whole apron, stairs and walkways - I got all the details. I'll be sure to update my review at the end of the season, but so far, I'm very happy with the service.... and my mom is thrilled!
