Wow, what a great shop! Play it again Sam is the only place in Greater Cleveland that knows so much about what to do and how to do it correctly. Plus they are very reasonable. They went above and beyond simply repairing the speakers. They cleaned up the outside of the wood, repainted the base and made them look gorgeous as well as sound outstanding once again.

I have been doing business with Play It Again Sam for 25+ years. I have bought many things from them, had some things fixed, and forwarded others. They are more like friends, and are always helpful. Stop in and look around at all the cool vintage audio gear they have around and on display. Nothing else like this left in Northern Ohio.

NOTE the correct address is 14311 Madison Ave. Lakewood. Play it again Sam sells used/refurbished, and some new, audio equipment. My CD player broke for a Technics rack system I bought in the mid to late 80's. First checked with 2 popular electronic stores. Neither had a CD player in stock. Went to Play it again Sam's and they had about 8 used ones in the store to choose from. All come with a 30 day warranty. They also do repairs of audio equipment. They also sell used dual cassette decks that are becoming hard to find in electronic stores. Went on a weekday when store was not busy and customer service was excellent. Answered all my questions, and hooked up/tested the unit that I bought to double-check that it worked as advertised. They are fixing my broken CD player to be used as a spare.

IF THEY CANT FIX IT, THEYLL TELL YOU UPFRONT. THEY WORK ON OLDER EQUIPMENT, AND ALSO HAVE A RECORD CLEANER.
