I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT MARK PENNEY WAS ABLE TO COME OUT AND DO THE JOB SO QUICKLY. AT THE TIME I WAS TRYING TO SELL THE PROPERTY AND I WANTED THE JOB DONE ASAP. HE DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE.

PENNEY HOME IMPROVEMENT GAVE ME A BETTER PRICE THAN ANY OTHER PROVIDER, AND COMPLETED THE WORK SOONER THAN I EXPECTED. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS.
