 + -1 moreALEX CAME WITHIN ONE HOUR OF MY PHONE CALL ON A SATURDAY MORNING. HE SPENT THE ENTIRE MORNING UPGRADING THE COMPUTER. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL DURING THE ENTIRE TIME, EVEN WHEN HE HAD SOME FRUSTRATING MOMENTS. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT'S LIKE HAVING A BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Description of Work: INSTALLED ETHERNET IN OLDER MODEL COMPUTER FOR DSL SERVICE, UPGRADED FROM WINDOWS 98 TO WINDOWS XP, ADDED ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE, AND INSTALLED A MEMORY CARD DOUBLING THE COMPUTER'S MEMORY.
