 + -1 moreI WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY HOUSE ON A COLD WINTER NIGHT. I CALLED ORIGINAL EDS AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 40 MINUTES. THE LOCK WAS PART OF MY DOORKNOB, SO THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE DOORKNOB. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY WERE ABLE TO ARRIVE AND HELP.
