Very fast response time when I called the company. Justin arrived on time, was excellent! He cleaned up the workspace and made sure everything was working before he left.

The company sent someone promptly, who was professional and had no problem explaining what he thought the issue was and how he was going to fix it.  Although the initial fix didn't take (worked for a bit but then stopped again), they were prompt in returning to go over what else might be causing the issue.  The technician was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.  It was a fairly easy fix and it was done quickly without costing an arm and a leg.

The technician, was friendly and polite.   He worked quickly and was neat.  I thought his name was Nick (as he answered when I said it), but my invoice says the tech was Justin.(!)   Apologies to the tech if I got his name wrong.   But if so, goes to show how good natured and mannerable he was.   He did not mind my cat either.   I  do not have other estimates or plumbing experience to compare the cost.   The company does not replace removed wall, so I must find someone to do that.   I was told that the company could refer me to someone who repairs walls, but I have still to receive that information.

The plumber showed up when we had asked them to and arrived on time. He was friendly to work with and very helpful. The work was fast, efficient, and well-executed.

We responded to the offer from Northeast Plumbing through Angie's List and paid $39 with Paypal. After the serviceman replaced the washer, he said the service charge was $115. We told him that we had an offer through Angie's list and had already paid a $39 service charge. He subtracted the $39 from the normal service charge and charged us $76. We didn't see that as much of a deal.

Everything went very well, up to the voucher.  I'm not sure where the confusion lies.  Maybe Angies list or the provider.  But I purchased a voucher for $39.  It indicated the value was up to $150.  The service call was to be $39 and then an additional $40 for repairs.  Well, all the provider did was credit the $39 off of a $79 repair bill.  Since the entire bill was only $79 I thought it was  a very fair price but the ad on Angie's list was a bit misleading.  Or..maybe the contractor didn't understand what was on the website.  In any event.  I now have a working pipe in the garage!  I'm happy.

Update-  as of 10/28-the pipe is leaking again and I had to turn off the water.  I will wait until spring because I don't want to rip out the drywall again and have to fix that before winter.  Quality of work was not good.

They actually had to come back twice and they were good. I got them through you guys. The other people just weren't calling me back and they called me back. My one thing with them is they don't wear shoe covers when they come into the house. I didn't talk to him about it. I was grateful that I actually had somebody there but they really should wear shoe covers. They did a nice job. The system was difficult to use so that's why I would definitely use them again.

It went really well. They were very good. They came right away and fixed the problem.

We have an old historical home...we were not getting heat in some areas and a water leak began after another company came in to take a look. Cleveland Restoration gave us contact information for several companies they were familiar with...We liked the owner Chris Baggott and his associate Brad of Northeast Plumbing from our first meeting...they did not disappoint us...they worked non-stop during some very cold weather to get us a new boiler system installed and refurbished pump to fit the new boiler. They found that a radiator in the attic was actually cracked even though it had new control knobs...we just purchased this house and had not had to use the boiler system until now. They went above and beyond to find us a replacement to fit the house. We were surprised to learn that they were not already a part of the Angie's List family...we certainly plan to keep them as a part of ours. I got the number for Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical from my auto mechanic. I had never spoken to Chris before I called him and he said he could do the work the same day. Two hours later Chris arrived with his good natured helper they really went the extra mile. They arrived took out the old garbage disposal and installed the new one I'd purchased. They tried to attach the water inlet elbow but found as my husband had that the threads on the LG dishwasher didn't match the installation kit we were sold. I asked if they'd help me return the dishwasher. They agreed and drove the defective LG dishwasher to Home Depot  who refused to return it because it was bought at a different Home Depot. Chris then helped me pick from the available dishwashers available to go. He loaded up the defective LG and the new GE floor model we picked out and followed me home. Chris then installed the just purchased GE dishwasher and placed the defective LG back in my garage for me to return at a later date.

The bill for removal and installation of the garbage disposal and the packing, carrying, wheeling the LG so they could refuse to  accept it  and the shopping for a new dishwasher then installing it was $215.00. I tipped him $15.00 and thanked him for going above and beyond.  I had paid for the LG dishwasher and Home Depot delivery but the delivery drivers saw the "L" shaped counter and said "we don't install in "L" shaped counters.Who knew ordering a dishwasher and scheduling delivery constituted a "special order". Home Depot states that they keep very little stock in the store so unless you buy a floor model all purchases to be delivered are "special orders" and can only be returned to the Home Depot Store that you purchased it from. Who knew?
