They were professional, helpful, and pleasant from start to finish. The work done was beautiful. My car looked like new when they were finished. Jim was very helpful, honest, and trustworthy. I have never worked with a professional who made a painful process painless and worry free. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They did such a great job on my car that I sent my son there to have his car worked on as well.

Perfectly. I have used Miracle in the past and they have been extremely reputable. Even my insurance adjuster commented on how honest they are and on the quality of the work.

They had to do so much work on the car that they said it would look almost like new except for a number of old scratches which they said they would take care of for free so the car would look better. They also cleaned out the inside, vacuuming the seats and floors andwashing the windows. My 6 1/2-year-old car looked like new. I was very impressed.

Service was top notch. Jim took care of everything for me. This was an insurance claim but if I ever need anything done to my car I will be taking it to Jim. Honest, reliable and top quality work. What more can you ask for?

Jim came by to give an estimate in the parking lot where the car was parked. He called me to let me know what was needed and then ordered the parts.  He towed the car to his shop when the parts arrived.It was ready in about a week at the cost he quoted. I feel Jim was honest and did a good job.

The owner went with me to the car rental facility and looked over the rental for any dings and scratches. The van was ready ahead of schedule, and we were very satisfied with the end results.

I knew I had the right man for the job when I spoke to my insurance adjuster. As he was writing up his estimate, he asked where I would be taking my car. When I told him Miracle Auto Body, he said and quot;well, if my estimate is wrong, Jim will let me know. You won't pay a penny over your deductible.and quot; He was right. Jim drove me up to the rental car office to pick up my rental, and went with me again to return it. He could not have been more professional, and the car looks great. The work was done when Jim said it would be done. Overall, the experience was as good as it could be (considering someone had rammed into the back of my NEW car).

Prompt, courteous service. Estimate was done quickly and owner communicated with insurance agent. No problems scheduling convenient repair time. Owner drove me to car rental and saved me wait time. As a single female I hate having my car repaired. I always feel that the Auto Shops will take advantage of me whenever possible. However, Jim the owner of Miracle Body was very respectful. I felt that I was given a fair price and treated honestly. They did a great job, and I highly recommend them.

I needed an estimate on some minor damage to my car for the insurance company of the person who backed into us in a parking lot. I found Miracle Body on Angie's List after checking the ratings on the list for companies people had recommended (and not feeling comfortable.) Miracle Body had the top ratings of all the shops close by. While I was there, Jim also prepared a quote for older damage I never had repaired.Jim's estimates were so reasonable, the insurance company cut me a check the day they received the estimate (w/in 36 hours of my visit), and included an extra day or two of car rental in case I needed it. His estimate for the old work was less than half of what the dealer quoted me, so when I called to schedule the repairs, I asked him to do both. He ordered the parts he needed and we arranged to get the car repaired. Not only was the work done on time (actually a day early to save me on the rental cost) and the repairs were done well, when I needed a rental car, Jim arranged for it, took me to the rental agency, and made sure I was comfortable with the car I was renting. He even inspected it for damage for me and ran back to my car to get me a brush in case it snowed again!!! I hope I don't need to, but I would use Jim again for body work without question.

They are very pleasant to deal with. Once the car was finished he told us; however we had errands to run and he said he would stay open a little later till we go there. I would recommend him to anyone.

The manager named Jim always makes sure that the quality of work is really good. I never pay anymore then what is quoted. They do great work.

This is a belated report due to computer problems but this went very well. I got 2 estimates from A rated Angie List companies and this business was almost $300 less expensive. In addition I arrived without an appointment for the estimate and Jim came out in the rain to do the inspection. I did have to wait to have the work done but this was due to them having some new equipment installed so this was not a problem as it was explained to me up front. Hopefully I never need this sort of work needed again but if I did I would certainly go back to Jim and I would recommend him to anyone I know.

The motors and power on the passenger and driver s side door had stopped working and needed replacement, so we took the car in. They called me and let me know that there would be a delay because they forgot to send over the motor for the passenger s side window. I called him and he called me back the next day and said the car was ready, so we went to pick it up. He told us that the motor of the passenger side door was working, and the only thing wrong was that the wire was rusted which he replaced. Anyone else would have replaced the motor and charged me for it, but he was honest. I told him that my husband was seriously ill and he was really nice. The first time we went there, I told him besides the windows going bad our headlights went out and my husband could not figure out how to get into the headlights. He took out the headlights and replaced them for just $12. This guy is an angel and really professional and I would never take my car to any place else.

The customer service I received was outstanding. I was really surprised at how good of customer service they provided. They did fantastic work. Everything looked great.

It went great. Jim, the owner, takes care of everything including making sure that the acquiring of the rental care goes smoothly.

My Murano was hit on the left rear side of the car while parked on the street. The damage was fairly extensive (see price to repair). This is the 2nd time I've used Miracle to repair this car. Jim is extremely personable and takes great care to make sure the car is "like new." He arranged a rental car for me and had someone take me to Enterprise. The work was completed in less than 4 days. He even hired overtime help to speed up the repair. My car looks as good as new--again! I will always use Miracle Auto Body for all my repairs. I trust Jim and his work, and it's a pleasure dealing with everyone at the shop.
