I had power steering work done to stop leaking. Still leaking . Went back and was told transmmission lines were leaking. Still leaking. Went back was told that they checked their work and could not find leak. I still have a leak because I have to put power steering fluid in each week. These people are quick to defend the work they did but have no interest in finding the problem . They pat you on the head and give you a $25 coupon and send you on your way. Just quick fix money grabs. If it has nothing to do with their repair they are NOT Interested in the problem. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

It went well, a little expensive, but that was for the labor and involves a lot of labor

Excellent service, great price, very professional family business. Mechanics were up-front about all costs and service was completed very quickly. All this and they topped it off with a free car wash. Will return!

Price was the same as quoted over the telephone. Drop-off and pick-up were easy and on-time. Employees were professional and knowledgeable.

Very friendly, relaxed and timely. Had the car back in less than 24 hours from when I dropped it off. For a job that size, that was really impressive. We will definitely go to them for all car repairs from now on!

They got on the repair right away. We were going to chillicothe to see the techemse play. We had the Virchow back to make dinner in Chillicothe and the play.

My husband keeps going back to them and he knows nothing about tires.  He keeps going back there so it must be okay. 

They did a very good job and were very knowledgable.

Took quote from NTB for similar work to shop.  Originally they wanted $80 to even look at car, but told me to call the next day and ask for Don.  After talking to Don and send him the NTB quote he offered to look at the car for free later that day.  After beating the price, they were able to repair my car the next day.

Easy to work with, completed the repairs quickly.  Recommend and will use in the future.

Brake job was awesome, they used all stainless steel lines. I started using Madison a few years ago. I used to be a mechanic for a living so I can tell you that these guys know what they're doing. This particular vehicle is a nightmare to work on because it is customized with a 450+hp stoker motor, custom trans, electrical, cooling, etc and nothing is ever "by the book" The guys at madison have helped me out several times with hunting down problems. They charge a fair price and unlike almost every other shop I've been to, they do it right. I also take my daily drivers to them and will soon be having them do some work on my 1970 Chevelle SS (which I dont trust to just anyone). They get the job done quickly and have always offered a free car wash with every service. The brake job they did was great. They even install my own parts in certain situations, obviously they cannot guarantee the parts that they didn't provide but most shops wont even install customers parts.

Rattle was gone, work is guaranteed for one year. I was able to get in immediately. My impression is very good work is done for a premium price.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a safety inspection because I was getting ready to go on a long road trip.  I was suppose to drop my vehicle off on friday night so they could look at it on Saturday however, I was sick and didn't make it up to the shop until Saturday afternoon by that time they were booked for the day the gentelman was very nice and apologetic but said they could look at the vehicle on Monday if I wanted them to.  I decided to leave the vehicle with them.  I received my frist call from them within a couple hours of them opening outlining exactly what they found and how much it would cost.  They were very patient on the phone and answered all of my questions and once I authorized the repairs said it would be done by the end of the day.  I received a second phone call later in the afternoon they have found another problem and apologized for not catching during the initial inspection and offered to waive the cost of labor to make the additional repair if I wished.  I decided to have the additional repair completed and when I showed up to pick the vehicle up after 5pm, it was sitting out front ready and waiting for me and it looked like it had been washed.  My only complaints if I had to make one is that when you walk into the reception area if everyone happens to be out on the shop floor there is no way to let anyone know you are standing there you just have to wait for someone to come up front (although I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes) and also it is a tight lot so if they are full or busy it is tough finding a place to park.  

They were very professional and extremely friendly even offering me a ride home.  Their work has stood the test of time as the car is still performing well.

The 2 bolts holding my rear license plate were corroded in place. I tried to remove them, to no avail. I wound up with both bolts, broken off in place and a license plate rattling in the rear windshield. I called Madison Ave. Garage with my problem. They saw me immediately and gave me an estimate of $116 for the repair. When I returned about 2 hours later (I ran errands) they were finished and the final price was $40 cheaper than the estimate!  
I appreciate how quick they were able to take in my project and complete the work. The desk staff was friendly and greeted me as I entered. Although it was a minor repair, it was treated with immediate efficiency to get me back on the road with a secure and legible license plate.
