This shop is extremely fair and I trust them completely. With an older vehicle, there is always something that could be repaired or replaced and Lucas has kept us rolling.

Everything went well Jim is the ultimate professional and I know I can totally rely on him and his recommendations.

I had tires mounted and balanced about a year ago on a set of alloy wheels that I had sand blasted and refinished cost like $440. I paid like $130 for the wounting and balance job. A few months later one of the beads broke loose and tire went flat; took the car in and it was corrected that was on driver rear.
Today rear passenger tire went flat due to bad seal on the bead; took the car in the attendant says he will call me so, I had to go back home.
I went in to pick up wheel and tire was charged $25 addidtional to the original mounting then I say where he scratced the allow wheel 3/4 of the way around the wheel...the wheel that I just had totally refinished.
I called back and told the guy Ron. He just acted like he did not care....then he said and quot;you're Welcomeand quot;
I have purchased tires in the past and gasoline at this Lucas location weelky.
I will try not to buy anything from Lucas in future.
I spend a lot of time and money having these wheels re done and this guy put some serioius scratched on the wheel and can could not care less.
Do I want this clown to repair my brakes?

They were able to patch the tire. We were able to get in right away. They do a good job.

I have had good experiences with Lucas. My most recent repair was the passenger side door that wouldn't open. Prior to that it was a tune up and the list goes on. They treat me with respect, even as a woman. They are honest about the repairs needed and always show me the parts that were replaced. They stand behind their work and keep working on it until it runs right. They have even ridden around the block with me to determine if I can point out the noise that doesn't show up when they try to find it. They are very professional in dealing with customers. They have often gone the extra mile for me in many ways such as speeding up the work if possible, trying to get a better price on a part or helping me get access to a rental car. I have always been happy with them.

THEY COULD NOT FIND OUT THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THEY SAID IT NEEDED A TUNE UP, ETC. AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE OF $200 OR MORE. WITHOUT FINDING THE ACTUAL PROBLEM THEY REPLACED THE FUEL FILTER (COST 23.62 PLUS 45.00 LABOR) STILL COULD NOT FIND PROBLEM. I WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY BEFORE THEY DID A COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND I TOLD THEM TO STOP EVERYTHING. THEY SAID,

USE THE COMPANY ON A CONSISTENT BASIS BASED ON THEIR QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM.

MAYBE A LITTLE PUSHY ON THE UP SALE, TOLD US WE NEEDED ALL NEW TIRES. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD.

MY SON CAME HOME FROM SCHOOL AND WE NOTICED A WET SPOT IN THE DRIVEWAY ON SATURDAY. WE CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID TO BRING IT OVER AND THAT EARLY MORNING IS THE BEST. WE TOOK IT OVER RIGHT AWAY AND WE HAD IT BACK BY EARLY AFTERNOON. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT THEY DO CHARGE A 24.95 FEE JUST TO LOOK AT THE CAR BUT IF YOU HAVE THEM DO THE WORK, THEY DEDUCT THAT AMOUNT FROM THE BILL. THEY CALLED WITHIN THE HOUR TO LET US KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. WE HAD ALL OF THE HOSES REPLACED A YEAR BEFORE AND I TOLD THEM THAT AND HE CHECKED WITH THE TECHNICIAN TO FIND OUT WHY IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THEY GAVE A PRICE AND THAT IS WHAT THEY CHARGED. NO HIDDEN CHARGES. THEIR HOURS ARE UNTIL MIDNIGHT THROUGH THE WEEK.

I HAVE HAD CAR REPAIR SERVICE DONE AT LUCAS IN THE PAST. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK BUT THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER CAR REPAIR PLACES - THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS OUTSTANDING COMPARED TO OTHER NEARBY AUTO SERVICE FACILITIES.

TOOK THE TIME TO FIX TIRE ALTHOUGH THEY WERE VERY BUSY AT THE TIME. TOOK CARE OF PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. MY NEIGHBOR ALSO USES THIS COMPANY. SERVICES FOREIGN and DOMESTIC.

THEY ALWAYS OFFER TO HAVE ME VIEW THE OLD PARTS THAT CAME FROM MY CAR. THEY DID SERVICE ON A SUNDAY WHICH IS OUT OF THE ORDINARY TO ME. THEY ARE FRIENDLY and HELPFUL.

WOMEN ARE TREATED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. EVERYTHING IS EXPLAINED.

FIXED BRAKES AND WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR. WOMEN ARE TREATED EXCEPTIONALY WELL. EVERYTHING IS EXPLAINED. JIM LUCAS, DINO, NORM, DAVE AND THE OTHERS ARE GREAT.
