I originally was introduced to Scott Electrical at the home and Garden Show on a Sunday. When I spoke with their representative I explained that I had recently replaced my sump pump and added a backup pump as well.  The original home builders had only installed a single outlet near the pump so I had to run an extension cord across the room to power the backup pump and charge the batter. He said their company could handle that and would do it as a normal service call.  I gave him my contact information.
Someone from the company called me on Monday and we then set up a time for them to come to my home. They were right on time.  Before they entered my home, they put on foot covers to keep from tracking any snow/dirt into the house. I showed them where I needed the outlet installed and he went over a few options as far as placement of the outlet. Once we decided where to put it, they installed it within 45 minutes and that included the cleanup.  Very professional and they did great work. I would use them again.
The only con I have is that most of the cost was labor which begins when they leave the shop and because of safety standards you have to have two electricians onsite. The rate was $70 a half hour. I know that's a loaded rate to cover truck and other operating expenses, but just didn't think it would cost that much to put an outlet in right next to an existing one.
Still, very pleased overall and would use again.

We had outside electrical wires that ran from the house to the street, and they installed them underground for us.  They were just wonderful.

The owner doesn't actually do any of the work but send his son (which was a nice fellow but very young) and a couple other guys out to do the work. The son had to call in the real pros when he couldn't figure things out which lead me to believe he had little to no experience. They where also below the estimate in the end yet refused to refund me the difference. I changed electricians to Lakewood Electric and Bob is 100x better.

Over the phone, they said this would be no problem; they charge $50/hour (more than the online price, apparently... should have had Angie's List prior to calling this company). A man came, I gave him a list of all the receptables to update, and asked for his assessment. He did he could do the job, and off I went to work. When I got back, he put in three receptables in the kitchen (which were probably the easiest to perform of all), and charged almost a full day's work. He said if him and another guy came in later in the week, they could have it all done in three, four days tops (meaning $50 x 2 = $100 / hour for those days). I paid him for the day, and eventually just finished the job myself.

Larry promptly returned my calls and provided a detailed estimate for the services I requested on a home we recently acquired for rental purposes. He made time in his busy schedule for both the initial consultation and most urgent work on my project. I asked his opinion on other services and upgrades that I might consider during a complete kitchen remodel. Larry made some excellent suggestions, especially regarding ceiling canister lighting and more logical and functional lighting control locations. He and his staff of electricians did very good quality work. Larry was flexible and most accommodating of my schedule, dovetailing in much of his work with the remodeling I was performing at the same time. He followed up promptly on two items of concern -- a faulty circuit in the garage that was outside the initial scope of work, and relocating an electric range outlet after I bought a range that had a different configuration than expected. Larry and his staff are very easy to work with, very professional and personable. I highly recommend Larry Scott Electrical Service.

I was very pleased with their work and their professional attitude while they were in my home. Mr. Scott explained what needed to be done and why it had to be done. I had several quotes from other companies and his was the best over all quote. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

LARRY WAS RIGHT ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE EXPLAINED WHY HE HAD TO INSTALL AN ELECTRICAL SHUTOFF OUTSIDE THE UNITS AND REVIEWED THE ESTIMATE IN DETAIL. THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. HE HONORED A COUPON FROM THE HOME REMODELING EXPO AT THE IX CENTER, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. HE ARRIVED TO START THE JOB WHEN HE SAID AND WAS FINISHED IN THE TIME HE ESTIMATED. WILL HIRE AGAIN FOR OTHER WORK.
