Concrete Repair
Frank came over to meet with us. We described the problem as well as showing him where the un-level spots were. One spot in particular was very bad and we thought it would have to be ground down. Frank suggested just breaking off the un level portions and then to re-level it. After assessing what we wanted done, Frank estimated it might cost up to $500, but the job came in $110 under that. A few days into the job, Frank suggested we have him seal the cracks in our floor and we agreed that was a good idea. Upon completion, Frank sealed the areas he patched. Our floor is much more level now.

The job was performed extremely well. Mr. Kopechek was professional, methodical, and very detailed and thorough in his work. It was obvious that he was highly knowledgeable and skilled, bringing many years to bear. He was extremely conscientious, persistent, and gave great attention to detail.
