Reloaded operating system w/ Data Migration. Added mSata disk which is super fast. Joe delivered desktop to my home and performed setup. Great computer services.

It went well. I took the computer to Joe's shop and he had everything working there but yet when I took it home I could only connect wirelessly. I could not connect via the wired connection. I called him back and he came out to the house and determined that it was the modem. He called AT&T and we talked to them and got them to send out a new modem which I received the next day. I installed it and everything is back to working the way it was before I began having the internet issues.

Told Joe this and he had Dell power supply in stock. He installed it and it started charging. He did paper work and I have him $43.20 cash. Note he is a cash only company. He was professional and fast and I will use him in the future.

Joe answered phone, discussed problem. "DNS server error" He was in area so came to house and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. also showed me backup plan if problem reoccurs. Very pleasant and professional. Thanks Joe!

When Etec computers failed me for more than 3 months in a previous review, the Guys at Joes saved me twice in 9 months. They saved my laptop from disaster when every other shop i know of and have been too in Lakewood, Ohio for quotes told me its done and buy a new one. Having replaced a motherboard in the past and being familiar with my computer they jumped right in and had my computer apart in 5 minutes figuring out how bad it was. I have failed their advice in the past and i just get real bad about backing up my computer, i told them worst case scenario i need that hard drive, they made the repairs got the computer working in under 30 minutes, i understand this might not be typical service procedures because they are busy, i had all my business on that computer and was on a serious deadline, but yet I'm working on it right now as i type this 6 hours later Thank you to the gentlemen at Joes, I owe you big time!!!

I am so Happy I did not give up on my computer because another place in Lakewood with excellent reviews(E-Tec) was the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I have a sony vpcz1 it is custom built and about 6 years old, I got it back from e-tec as a swollen mess and screws and other parts missing. I took it to joes in Lakewood and basically asked for help. I felt the computer even old was still able to be fixed and last another year or 2. the guys at Joes called me and said all I needed was a motherboard and they could get it going again, I asked him if he felt it was worth it and he said of course it is. I am sorry I did not write this review sooner but its been 5 months and not a hiccup or anything, they got all the pieces back together and my computer still outperforms modern 1000.00 dollar units, thank you so much to the gentlemen at Joes computer. you are true professionals.

Joe gave me an idea of several possible problems and an estimate on what it would cost to fix before any parts were needed. He quickly found the issue and was able to repair it without needing any new parts. Computer works perfectly now. Very pleasant to deal with!
