Mike is very talented and came at the recommendation of our house painters. The end product of his work is very seamless/transparent. He restored wood components so that it fit the character of the home, a 2 1/2 story Lakewood Colonial vintage 1925. His assessment of problems and recommended solutions were right on. His rates were very competitive. He was always prompt and professional.
Description of Work: Replaced or repaired split siding; capped a sun porch railing with aluminum; replaced rotted wood behind gutters and installed new gutter and downspouts; fabricated a window air conditioner stand; fabricated mounts for new porch lights; reconstructed a screened in porch; replaced rotted door stoops; fabricated steps; planed doors so that they could be closed; installed locks; repaired leaking gutter; reconstructed a rotted porch pillar; repaired a porch trellis; hung outdoor porch sun screens; installed storm door and automatic closer; installed turn-buckle to get new wooden porch door to conform to existing opening.
