About us
Well established Piano repair, refinishing, tuner, mover, and sales for the past 30 years in the Cleveland area. We service all makes and models of pianos of any size. We charge an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour for one person as of 8/5/08. Where more than one person is required for services such as piano moving and other work, that is billed at $250/hr. There are no additional travel charges. No extra charge for after hours service. May contact through e-mail or telephone (Preferred), 216-226-3791. Charges are billed at a one hour minimum and 15 minute increments added for times over the first hour.

Greg was punctual, friendly, and professional. He spent time to explain his work to my daughter (a pianist) which she found fascinating and educational. He walked me through the details including explaining what to expect in the coming months and when to re-tune, and why. He was humorous and professional, as well as efficient. Will be using again.

Very professional. Very prompt as a matter of fact, the delivery was early. I was so excited waiting for the piano, therefore early was perfect. Greg came back a few days later to tune the piano. Never knew a piano had so many parts. Greg was very patient with my questions. And my piano sounds great. Also Greg arrived dresses very professional and a great senior humor.

Greg responded in less than 24 hours, gave the best price, offered other services which I will need up the road, and was very efficient. Greg is great and he did a great job! He scheduled an exact appointment time, no service windows here, and showed up a few minutes early even. My sustain pedal was getting noisy and Greg quickly took it apart and greased the joints. Its nearly silent now and good as new. He tuned up the piano and its like having a brand new piano now!

Greg was a fountain of information. I called him to investigate a rattling noise that had developed over the past year, and to give me an overall assessment of my 1950's Steinway and Sons upright. I felt that he was a standup guy, talking to me about what would be worth putting money into, and what wouldn't be. After taking the piano apart, cleaning it and checking for loose pieces, and putting it back together, he diagnosed the problem as likely coming from the hammer felts which have become hard over time/use (which is what another technician also said, this was my second opinion). He discussed possible options. He was not pushy at all. He gave me lots of insight into when to repair, and when to replace, and when buying a piano, how to research that to make a good purchase. He was always polite and friendly. He returned my call within an hour and was able to come the same day.

Piano sounds great. Greg was prompt and very professional. He did an evaluation of the piano and, based on the amount it is used (we play very little anymore) he tuned it and said it would be fine for what we use it for. If it was to be used more, he said there are other things he would do but it didn't make sense to do them now if we weren't going to play much. I appreciate his honesty.

Greg and his team were FANTASTIC. Careful, respectful, skilled, and responsible. Greg personally oversaw the move working with two other team members. They had the correct tools as well as knowledge and experience to prepare, disassemble, and move this large, valuable, and beautiful instrument. No "rental truck" - rather, his own truck outfitted with proper padding, straps, etc. to protect the instrument. The move was perfect. Greg returned a few weeks later to tune the piano. Skillful use of both electronic tuner and his trained ear to adjust tuning to this particular instrument's voice. It sounds great. Greg went "above and beyond" in this case as there was a very small scratch on the piano case in spite of all of the protections his team took in the move (a result of which is a minor change in their strapping procedure in the truck for the actual move). Greg returned twice to repair the scratch and insisted on working until he got it repaired correctly. Greg's integrity, responsibility, and being a truly GOOD person made this an excellent experience. We will definitely be using Greg for all of our future piano tuning and maintenance needs.
