My loan officer, Brad Binder, was FANTASTIC. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. My first transaction fell through; he nursed me through that and then helped SO much with the transaction that did go through.
He was incredibly patient with my MANY questions, and he responded almost instantly. I had zero problems getting an answer in under 12 hours; usually it was within minutes. (Even on weekends -- which I wasn't expecting.)
In general FFL was easy to work with and all interactions I had with other employees were good too. But Brad totally went above and beyond.

My experience was great. Dominic Lorenzo was my loan officer, and both he and his assistant Rita Pope are professional, kind and responsive. They always answer every email and respond to questions promptly and accurately. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Outstanding. Mary Lou Call stuck by us through a difficult sell of our home and an equally (if not more) difficult purchase of a short sale in Lakewood. She drove the process, did her due diligence to make sure we got a free and clear title, and went above and beyond to take care of us. I'd be happy to provide more info on this lender, as well as on purchasing a short sale. 216.396.0141. Purchasing a short sale can be a nightmare.
