Doug was very prompt in coming over to provide an estimate and arrived on time on the day the work was to begin. His price was very reasonable and he did a quality job.

Doug did a really nice job. He really wanted the work to be completed in a totally professional manner & paid a couple of extra visits to make it so. The floor looks great & the tub is totally excellent. He is a nice guy to work with & a very hard worker! The estimate was given & there were no surprises at the end!

WE LOVE DOUG BECAUSE HE IS VERY AFFORDABLE AND HE ENCOURAGES YOU TO DO THINGS ON YOUR OWN TO CUT COSTS IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO. WITH OUR TOILET, HE INITIALLY CAME TO FIX IT. WHEN HE WAS UNABLE TO DO THAT, HE TOLD US HE WOULD ONLY CHARGE US $75 MORE TO INSTALL A TOILET WE PURCHASED. WE THOUGHT THAT WAS REALLY FAIR SINCE HE WAS UNABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH OUR TOILET. SINCE HE HAS INSTALLED THE NEW TOILET WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY FLUSHING PROBLEMS.
