Brent was great I figured I was in for it, I could tell the blower motor was seized. The quote was $200-300 less than I was expecting. Then wow final cost was $200-300 less than the quote. Replaced motor quickly and we are warm again. Thank you Dan Donnelly HVAC

Again Dan Donnelly HVAC comes to the rescue. One of my tenants reported to me on Friday March 30th that her furnace would not turn on. I texted Brett that evening and he immediately got back to me saying he could be there between 8 and 10 AM the next morning. Brett came out as promised and fixed the problem (bad thermocouple) quickly. I have used Dan Donnelly several times and each time Brett came out the next day, the job was quickly diagnosed, the repair was done correctly, all at a very reasonable cost. Much appreciated for the prompt service especially since it was the day before Easter and the weather was frigid.

I called and the service tech came out the same morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in not time. Very pleased with the price and especially the responsiveness of the business office and the service tech. I have used them before and both times the service was super.

The repair was done quickly and professionally. Great communication with the service technician.

The price sounded alright to me. I don't think it was expensive, they all charge service charges. It is working. The responsiveness was very good, and he was very good. I didn't communicate with him, my daughter did. I have had him for years.

Brett gave us a quote. It was the best quote out of 4 quotes, not too much furnace or too little for our house. He also installed the furnace. Brett knows his business. The install took place on time and was done quickly. We called Brett with several questions, both before and after. He answered us promptly. The office manager is very efficient and friendly. The furnace works well and our house is warm. We recommend Dan Donnelly.

They said there was a small crack that needed to be replaced. The piece was going to be $32 and then the total bill was $486. They came on time to install the new part and completed the work with half an hour. When I questioned the high labor cost, the technician just scratched it out and wrote another figure. Even though it was cheaper, I still feel like there is something wrong with the price, in that it felt like they were just making the price up as they went along.

They are reliable, do good work and I would recommend them to others.

John was very knowledgeable and on time... one of my biggest pet peeves. He took the time to talk with me during the installation and assured me of questions I had.

HE WAS VERY COMMUNICATIVE IN EXPLAINING THE PROCESS AND THE OPTIONS OF MY PROJECT. MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH THEM WAS THAT WHEN HE FIXED IT, HE DIDNT INSPECT IT, AND I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK TO MAKE A SMALL REPAIR THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF PRIOR TO LEAVING.

CALLED US RIGHT BACK! WAS VERY PROMPT. WE THOUGHT WE NEEDED A NEW IGNITION SYSTEM, BUT HE TOLD US WE DIDN'T. HE WAS VERY HONEST.

THEY CALLED US BACK PROMPTLY AND GAVE A REALISTIC TIME THEY COULD COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. VERY GOOD SERVICE
