My key was stuck in my lock and I called to ask about it. He would have come to fix it, but also suggested money saving option to take lock off door and bring it in for repair. When I took it in, the lock only needed lubrication - no repair, My only cost was a new key. On top of that, good advice on maintaining my other locks and options for future replacement of a different look. I really appreciated that he was willing to do it all for me OR let me do some myself to save money.

The young man responded quickly and did the work well except for his not thinking on how to keep the work area clean. I laid drop cloths for him, but as he drilled, he kicked them aside (without looking). He left the mess without cleaning up, but the work on the lock was good.

Total service failure. Called last week on June 27 to schedule an appointment and booked for Monday July 2nd at 10:00 AM. For some reason this person has a weird sense of humor and most of the time is not a pleasure to do business with. Every request is treated as a hassle with him and through the past had just humored him and got the job done thinking I was saving money. So in this incident when I called for confirmation I was not feeling 100% and didn't want to play his game and after being berated by him asked him if he wanted the job and he said a flat out, "no" and I hung up thinking what a jerk, but oh well. I then called his competitor and got it scheduled for 2:30 today and everything went as smooth as could be and on top of that the bill was over $100 less and the work showed much better craftsmanship. For the longest I thought I was getting a bargain for a little verbal abuse but was, in reality, getting robbed blind.
