I started using them when I was 16. They started charging fees for everything. You had to have a certain balance and if you didn't, you would be charged. I closed my account and went somewhere else. I didn't want to change banks because I used them for so long. My sons still have an account with them and they charged my one son $6 for a statement printout. Both of my sons had some problems getting their debit cards.
Description of Work: I used Charter One for my banking until they started charging fees. Both of my sons still have an account with them.

PRICE IS CLOSING COSTS. THEY HAVE A GREAT CITY OF CLEVELAND PROGRAM. THEY DO NOT SELL THEIR MORTGAGES. MAGGIE SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH US AND GAVE 3 OR 4 TRUTH IN LENDING STATEMENTS, REFLECTING DIFFERENT POSSIBLE SITUATIONS. SHE HAS A SUPER ASSISTANT. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TITLE COMPANY THAT THEY RESOLVED.
Description of Work: HANDLED OUR MORTGAGE FOR A NEW HOME.
