The guy that actually came out and did the work did a good job. However, there was definitely a rift between the owner of the company and who was getting paid. I probably wouldn’t use them again because something shady was going on behind the scene.

This was the second time we've used Carpet Stock Market.   We picked them and their bid over the big box stores because of the personalized service.  They took the time to listen to how we were going to use the room, explained the pros/cons of the various types of carpeting we were interested in, and came up with the best choice for both our room and our budget.

Installation was fast and professional.

he was very helpful and price consciou and he stressed how great his installation was; however less than 6 months later the carpet stretched and looks horrible!

The owner of the Carpet Stock Market agreed to install a piece of carpet that we had in our basement, even though we did not purchase the carpet from him. He and his son arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently to get the carpet in. We barely had enough to cover the floor and he figured out how to cut it just so so that it would fit perfectly. You could not see any seams, it looked perfect (and there was a pattern on the carpet that he matched up perfectly)! It was my son's 4th birthday that day and he took $5 out of his wallet to give to my son----so gracious and polite---I was very pregnant at the time and he wouldn't even let me bring him a glass of water because of my 'condition'! We also bought carpet for the stairs to match the basement carpet and we had the same wonderful experience. He is very hardworking, very knowledgeable, really knows how to work with carpet, and is a very kind man.

It was a pleasure dealing with Dane and the Carpet Stock Market. Dane is clearly interested in meeting his customer's needs and his installers have the same attitude. Dane was helpful, showed me various options that would fit both my needs and my budget, and took the time to explain (in detail) how things would be done and why. He even came on a Sunday morning to take measurements! The installers showed up at the agreed upon time, did a wonderful job, and even helped move the furniture back. I've dealt with both carpet chains and the big box stores - dealing with Carpet Stock Market was heads above my previous experiences. If you want to deal with folks who treat their work like craftsmen and who care about the customer, then you owe it to yourself to make a stop at Carpet Stock Market the next time you need carpeting or a repair done. The price was good; the work was top-notch; the concern for the customer's satisfaction simply can't be matched by a chain.

I went to see him in his shop and explained what I needed. He came out to the house and measured everything. He gave me some recommendations and ideas. He gave me a price and a time period, then came out at the designated time and finished within the day. He did an excellent job; we havent had any problems with it since. The price was a little more than we were used to but it was worth the quality carpet and work.

It went very well. The owner sells and installs the carpet himself. He was a very nice person. He sold me the carpet that I was looking for and the job was done within a couple days.

I am so pleased. We went to the show room and two weeks later we have terrific new carpet. Dane came to the house and took exact measurements for the carpet. He was able to limit the amount of carpet we would need by using bigger pieces and saving us money. He also inspected the padding and determined that new padding was not needed again saving us money. Dane and his assistant did all the work so I did not have to worry about who was coming to the house. He scheduled the work for Saturday morning so I did not have to take time off work!!! They moved all the furniture at no additional cost. Again I am so happy with the work and my new carpet.

Very well. Dane made appointment to measure when it suited my schedule. He arrived on time and carpet was installed one week later.

This is a totally independent company. The owner immediately suggested great options for my rental home. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They had the carpet installed within one week of me stepping in the showroom and the price could not be beat!

Very prompt both for estimate and the day the job was done. Personable and hard working. Excellent job.

IT WAS A VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THE OWNER BROUGHT CARPET SELECTIONS TO THE HOUSE AND MEASURED. SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED AT MY CONVENIENCE. THE EFFORT FOR THE CUSTOMER IS MINIMAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

DANE, THE OWNER, WORKED WITH ME ON A GOOD PRICE AS I WAS PUTTING IN NEW CARPETS TO HELP SELL MY HOME AND WANTED GOOD CARPET AT A REASONABLE PRICE. HE WAS EXACTLY ON TIME, ARRIVING AT MY HOME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE WITH MANY CARPET SAMPLES. HE CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE INSTALLATION TO VERIFY THE TIME. HE SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME FOR THE INSTALLATION. HE AND HIS HELPER PERFORMED TOP QUALITY WORK AND WERE EXTREMELY NEAT AND CAREFUL WITH MY FRESHLY PAINTED WALLS. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER. DANE DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WAS VERY POLITE.
