Excellent service. The installer was highly professional and answered my multitude of questions. I understand how my unit works and how to maintain it properly. I only wish I had had them install the A/C five years earlier! Since I was converting from an ancient gravity fed furnace, I had to have new ducts installed for the A/C.

They have been handling cleaning out our ducts and everything for years, so they have been very good. We have used them multiple times.

That was just great! They designed it. They had all the parts and put it in. They ran out less than a day.

They've been just great. I've had them do zoning, add an air conditioning unit to the second floor. I had them put in duct UV light. I had them do a whole bunch a work. They've got a big supply.

I have them out once a year. I've used them for a number of years and they're always very good. The workers were very good.

Called at last minute for an inspection because we are selling the house and needed to establish that the furnace although very old was ok. Asked to be called if any cancellations happened before the appointment in a week. Air RIte called a few mins later and said they were having cancellations of appointments and could come right over. This worked out great for us. Tim was very efficient and personable. He took the time to answer all questions.
He replaced a raggedy belt and the thermocouple. He cleaned and tested the furnace. It was quick and easy and we were very pleased.

Chris is a longtime employee of Air Rite. I request him specifically because of his expertise and professionalism. He answers everything you ask in detail and doesn't try to advise unneeded and quot;add-onsand quot; such as a new air filter. I have been more than satisfied with Air Rite over the years. Wouldn't consider another service.

They did the job so there was no problem. It was absolutely what I expected. The only problem they had was they didn't know about the Angie's List coupon so it took time. The work was good. It was a big deal purchase.

They did three major jobs for us:
1. New Mitsubisi wall unit to cool the scone floor.
2. Venting our bar area with outside air.
3. Installing a four (4) area zone for our HVAC,
They also do a spring A/C and fall furnace service for us since 2008. We have have good service, Paul Campbell is the guy who did the proposals and layouts.
They have also done some emergency work for us when the fan motor stopped. They have all of the parts and know-how to do major jobs but will not run away from the smaller jobs.

The technician called ahead to advise us of his approximate
arrival time and he arrived within the given time frame. He
checked the furnace, the filters, the thermostat, and the vents in

Great local business. Bare bones, nothing fancy but who need fancy for filters? I found they also service furnances and a/c so I may give 'em a call for that. They carry over 100,000 filters so no reason not to support a Cleveland business.
