Rude, impatient, poor workmanship.

HE HAS BEEN PAID HALF UP FRONT, $3500, AND NOW HE WON'T FINISH THE JOB. THE WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE IS SUBSTANDARD AND OF VERY POOR QUALITY. WE HAD TO HAVE THE CONTRACTOR STOP THE WORK BECAUSE WE COULD TELL EARLY ON THAT IT WAS BEING DONE POORLY. WE ASKED HIM TO COME TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND HE NEVER SHOWED. HE HAS ALSO BEEN UNRESPONSIVE IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS. WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND LIKE HIM TO LET US OUT OF THE CONTRACT SO THAT WE CAN PURSUE USING A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR TO GET THE JOB DONE.
