After completing the work, we were in constant contact with Haun Plumbing. They have not yet followed up with us and we have been unable to reason with them. They are a difficult company to deal with and I would not recommend using them.

THE COMPANY REPRESENTED ITSELF AS LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED. ON 3 OCCASIONS PRIOR TO MARCH 23, HAUN SAID HE HAD AND/OR WAS TAKING CARE OF PERMITS. AS OF APRIL 21, NONE OF THIS IS TRUE OF HAUN FAMILY PLUMBING. THE CITY WON'T DO AN INSPECTION FOR HIM. I DO NOT WANT TO USE THE NEW PLUMBING OR HAVE THE JOB FINISHED UNTIL HAUN HAS THE CURRENT WORK INSPECTED AND THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE SEWER IS KNOWN. I WANT THE OVERAGE OF $1970.45 RETURNED.
