They didn't put down drop clothes. Didn't completely take off wallpaper. Charged for two coats of paint, he only put on one. Didn't take off all the glue, so the paint is rough. In addition since not all the wallpaper was taken off it is bleeding through the paint. There are 4 small areas of paint that got on the carpeting. There also clumps of paint on the trim and didn't do inside of doors. He didn't remove doorstops, since they weren't taken out, he got paint on them.
He provided me with a cheap bid, but the work wasn't reflected.

"Please take this review under the following consideration. This customer and our company are engaged in litigation over the matter of payment for this job. We did work for this customer on 12/14/2013-12/24/2013. She said she sent us a payment on the 26th but it was never received. I contacted the customer on January 8, 2014 at which point she said she ran out of checks so I would have to wait 6 days for her checks to arrive. She told me at that point she found 3 small paint spots on the carpet. I told her that I would come out the next day and correct any issues she had. She refused to allow me to come stating it was no big deal she bought throw rugs anyway. I believed the issue was resolved until I received a letter from the courts. The customer was suing me in small claims court for the same amount of money she owed me for the paint job I had performed."

No long story to tell. I found them on the internet and decided to get an estimate. Bridget is the owner and was prompt and gave me a fair estimate. She typically brings one or two other helpers which works out well because the estimate is based on hours spent in your home. I have since referred two neighbors for biweekly cleaning and one neighbor for a thorough cleaning for a house that has just gone on the market for sale. The employees are bonded and Bridget is always involved in the cleaning. They do a great job.

.They came in December. They normally come twice a month. We have been away recently. The price is based on the size of your home. They are thorough, on time, flexible. They are good.
