ARC's response to my F rating is not true. They refused to call me back, and refused to come fix their poor workmanship. Nothing to do with warranty company, they do poor work. All of these F ratings say the same thing. They will accept the job and take payment, but they incorrectly installed our pump and never came back out to fix despite numerous calls to them. I had to pay someone else to cone fix it after already paying them.

Terrible experience. Our warranty company has sent ARC Electric (Wellington, OH) to fix our pool pump twice. Both times have been bad experiences. First time, ARC never called, never showed up. I paid $125 through my warranty company, they assigned ARC, and ARC never called me to make appointment. I called them several times myself, and they never responded. I had to hire my own professional and then had to fight with warranty company to reimburse me the $125 because ARC never showed up. Second time pool pump broke, warranty company assigned ARC again. ARC actually called, set appointment, and pleasant guy came out to assess. Pool pump broken. He said he ordered new part. Eight days later and four messages later, they will not return my calls. Our pool has been leaking water for days, I have had hose in pool to keep water level up. Pool growing algae because we can't run pumps. And ARC won't call me back. I am currently going through warranty company again begging them to get me response, they just say that all they can do is email the company and wait for response from them. Terrible, terrible service at ARC, although the guy was very pleasant. They just don't return calls or have a timely response.

As for the recent dispatch, it looks as thought the information was submitted to your warranty the day the technician was at your home. Parts were ordered by your warranty company upon their approval and shipped by their supplier, the appointment for installation was then scheduled for the next business day after its arrival. A voicemail message as well as email update was left for you throughout this process. Again our sincere apologies you are not satisfied with the service or the process we are required to follow by the warranty company. Was assigned this company from the warranty company... again. I requested a new provider due to my last experience and was surprised to discover that they had declined to even fulfill my warranty request! Instead of addressing my previous bad review and attempt to make it right they just declined to work with me. I find that extremely unprofessional but not at all suprising since it fits the profile of their service overall. Poor communication skills by the dispatcher who I guess is just the guys wife. The provider himself was fine and friendly etc but the overall experience was ruined by the unprofessionalism.

Warranty company dispatched this company to me to replace hot tub pump. Initial call went well and the problem was identified, etc. Now over a month later and my hot tub is still not fixed and the company will not return my correspondence. My last response was almost three weeks ago stating that the part would take 7-10 days to ship then another visit will be scheduled to replace. Still have not heard a peep. Eventually got ahold of them and the problem was resolved. Apparently the part had to be backordered which is fine if I had just been kept up to date. Now I have to work with them on my pool pump I hope this one goes better than the last.

My husband called the company every single day for 4 weeks straight and never got a single call back from the company. Not a single returned call to give us an update. We ended up having to call the home warranty company to get any resolution. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. We were stuck paying the service call for the first visit, which was basically them coming out for 5 minutes to tell us the pool pump was broken (which we knew) and allegedly telling us they would order a new one.

The eletrician was excellent and did great work.  He was punctual and professional.   But the office was often difficult to reach and did not return messages in a prompt manner.  The work I had done was not an emergency so maybe there was not a sense of urgency to respond.  But if I did have an emergency, I would be reluctant to use them since they are so difficult to get ahold of.

I was so impressed. He came that same day and worked into the evening and got it all set up. It was a Saturday and it was all fixed that same day. I was very impressed. He was exceptional and I will definitely recommend him.

Ray is an honest, hardworking guy who doesn't overprice his work. He doesn't tell you you need something if you don't . He'll drive a good distance and also come out in bad weather. The receptionist is very courteous, kind and helpful and makes sure that the electrician calls back asap to answer questions.
