Stateline Electrical Contractors was the first place I called today. I spoke with Todd at about 10:30 this morning. He told me he was on another job about 45 minutes from me and would call me when he was done. He called me at 3:45 and told me he was on his way. At 5:00, I tried calling again, but there was no response. I called him again at 6:30 and left a message telling him that he had a poor work ethic. Then I called his partner and left a message for him about what happened. I waited another 3 hours for a response from one of them before writing this review. Now I have to go another 3 days before I can get someone to come out to do the work when I could have possibly had it done already if I talked to a company who cares about their customers.

"It was unfortunate that we were not able to help this customer. Stateline Electrical does care about it's customers. There were extreme circumstances that caused us not to be able to complete this service call. We pride ourselves in responding to emergencies on the same day. Our secretary called the next morning to try to explain, but unfortunately the customer hung up on her."
