We had black ants. Bug-A-Pest was on time. Clearly communicated safety of chemicals he used and pests covered. They will treat around the outside of the house quarterly. It looks like the ant invasion is over.

The owner explained to me that woodpeckers are a protected species and he referred me to an animal specialist who came out and handled the problem for me. He was honest and didn't care that he was sending my business elsewhere. Other places I called wanted to come out and check for bugs, but this owner assured me that woodpeckers during this time of the year are looking to build a nest and aren't damaging your house to eat bugs. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. It turned out he was spot on correct. The animal preservationist came out and repaired the damage the woodpeckers had done and then installed deterrents to keep them off the house. If I ever need pest work done, though, I would call Bug-A-Pest back and hire them.

I hire Bug-a-Pest about once a year to keep the wasps and ants out of our house. They do a great job.

These guys are very helpful and professional. They didn't promise to eradicate all our stink bugs, but showed us ways that they might be getting in and tailored their spraying for best effectiveness. We continue to use their services quarterly, and they always call before coming, which is very nice. With their help our biggest problem: STINKBUGS, is nearly completely gone.

Very well. We were able to get an appointment for the next day when we called, he was on time and quite professional. He knew what he was looking for, and provided us with information and options for getting rid of mice and ants. He was conscientious of our concerns about the chemicals needed due to dog and young child in the house, and tailored our treatment to those concerns.

The guy was really nice. They come every 3 months for 1 year to spray. I don't have to be home when he does it. He was a super gentleman, very professional. They followed up with me after and I was very pleased with them.

The deal was timely. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a few days. He arrived at my door with a pre-mixed formula. I can only assume he knew what bugs he was going after before inspecting the place. (This was a small concern to me.) He was done within 20 minutes, gave me the treatment plan info, and was on his way quickly. The bugs are gone, but I was advised I'll need to do this again in 3-4 months. A treatment plan may be a better investment.

Very well. Kevin used one application of spray which appears, after five days, to have eliminated the nest. We have not seen other yellowjackets since. After numerous stings to several family members before we discovered what they were and where they were coming from, this was welcome relief. From personal experience, I know that the yellowjackets attack in force and with ferocity when they are being "attacked" .... as I learned when I attempted to water the shrubs near their nest before I knew they were there. The full bee suit is necessary when applying the insecticide to that sort of concentration.

Kevin treated our home inside and out for years. . Highly recommend his company. We moved to Springboro to a new home and hope we find someone here as good when we're ready.

The service was provided in a timely fashion. The mice issue was resolved. The technician did a complete inspection of the property. He recommended several changes that needed to be made so that the problem would not reoccur.

Consistent with prior experience (we have been customers for several years), Bug-A-Pest showed up in the scheduled time window and did the work quickly and efficiently. When confusion arose over the availability of a new online billpay system, Kevin handled the confusion very professionally. It is clear from interacting with everyone involved that this is a company that really cares about their customers, and goes out of their way to provide a high-quality experience. Since starting service with Bug-A-Pest at the recommendation of our neighbors, we have never had a serious bug problem (we had an ant issue prior to starting service), and when we have spotted bugs, it was easy to get someone out to take care of it. Polite, professional, fast, thorough - you can't ask for much more. Highly recommended.

They were recommended to us by a friend and their cost was reasonable. Initially, they came out and set some traps. After that trap worked, we still found evidence of entry. They came back and set another trap without any additional costs. All of the entries were located after the second visit and we were able to seal them off. We would have never been able to locate the entries without their assistance. The technician was very helpful as well. We had been getting wasps in our living room and he explained how they were coming in through the chimney and provided recommendations. Our experience with them was good.

Kevin showed up on time and was very professional. After a tour of the house and listening to my concerns he got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time and for a fair price. I signed on for quarterly service as well so I'll post an update after awhile.

They are very professional and get the job done. We had a problem with ants. Called and they came within a few days. They have Saturday hours which helps. Very prompt and courteous. Would highly recommend to anyone needing pest control.
