Logan Master Appliance

Repair has very bad service and untrustworthy! Called them to give an estimate on fridge repair. Charged for the house call to estimate but it does not come off of repair. I waited weeks for the parts to come in and I had to call to see if they ere in. The repair guy comes out and says the first guy did not find what was wrong I actually need an evaporator coil plus condenser plus heat pan. This alone is almost $3000 in repair estimate. So I wait weeks with no call then when I call back to see if they have the other part they say they cannot find it. I offered to look for it. In minutes I found the part and then they scheduled to come out and fix it. The guys come in and start to get the fridge out and stop and goes out to his vehicle and comes back with a waiver that looks like it was under his seat. They want me to sign off on if they damage my floor or anything while pulling out fridge and doing the repair. Of course I said no. This feels like a place trying to take advantage of a consumer and not taking the care to do things right.

I clicked the "request quote" button on Angie's List and Logan's never responded. I went with Appliance Doctor. I called and the Dr. was looking at my fridge two hours later.

He quickly disabled the annoying alarm, and even firmly reattached the dryer vent, that I hadn't even known was loose.

Excellent. Easy and reasonably priced

This was one of several other service calls by Logan Master Appliances over the years. Their office staff is friendly and responsive. We usually see the same service tech, who is competent and helpful. Have not found their service call charge or bills to be excessive. Plan to continue using these folks.

After reading everything I could and, going to a variety of big box stores I opted to make my purchase through Logan. The price was identical to the big box store. I am going to have to wait a few days as they did not have it in stock. I will also pay a delivery fee to have it brought to and installed in my home. They will be hauling away the old machine. I trust this business to install correctly and provide good service when necessary in the future.

Unprofessional & Rude

We have a Samsung refrigerator that needed repair. I chose Logan based on not only the Angie's List reviews, but also on the fact that they are a local business I have seen and heard of most of my life (I'm originally from Kettering :). My service questions were answered during the first call, appointments made and communications from the office/dispatch staff were as promised. Technician was prompt, courteous and professional in demeanor and appearance. Cost of repair, service call and replacement parts were within our budget. We figured the repair might be a little spendy but we were not ready to purchase a new refrigerator. Would definitely recommend and will certainly keep Logan Master Appliance Service in mind for any future repairs.

Used them to replace a burner on a kenmore range. Came on time for 1st appointment. Got the part within a few days and did a great job. They also showed us how to clean the oven door. Price was reasonable and service was great

We installed new kitchen flooring and there was a delay, but Logan stored the new stove for us until we could get the wood floor installed. They were great to work with. Once we got the flooring installed, I called and was put on the schedule within the same week. The delivery and installation went well. Next time we need a new appliance we'll definitely go to Logan's. I highly recommend this local company!

Things went very well. The technician was able to quickly determine the problem (a bad thermostat). He was very friendly, professional, and took time to explain the issue and answer any questions. He had the part on hand, so the problem was diagnosed and corrected in one visit. At $226, it was a big savings versus buying a new refrigerator, but it seems high to me. I would put this in the "you get what you pay for" category. Pricey, but great service.

Have used Logan Apliciancssince 2009. Without exception their response has been prompt, and their technicitions have always been knowledgeable and courteous.

The response time was great - I got an appointment the next day. He was early - talked about the repair needed and cost. I decided to go ahead with the repair. The part wasn't on his truck, but he got the part that day and came back and replaced the part. It was so nice and considerate of him to do that for me.

After having a terrible experience with another local repair shop, who basically recommended that I replace my $3,000 microwave/wall oven combo unit; I decided to give one more company a shot, and boy am I glad I did. The tech from Logan came out, immediately found what was wrong, and even disconnected the microwave from the oven so that we could continue to use the oven without having to flip the breaker on and off until the part came in (the microwave hummed when the door was closed - so to use the oven, you had to leave the microwave door open, then shut off power to the entire unit when done). He was incredibly friendly, and I could tell that he knew what he was doing. The part came in yesterday and the tech came out today to install it and it's now fixed! Hallelujah! I almost tossed a $3000 unit when all it took to repair it was a $125.75 part. I highly recommend Logan's and will use them for all of my future appliance repair needs.

Our tenant called (we live 5 hours away) noting the dryer stopped working. Logan was the one company who could come out the next day (Saturday) and service it. Parts were ordered, the repairman returned to install parts, and the  dryer works fine now. There was some confusion based on the game of telephone since messages were relayed between tenant, husband, myself, and then to Logan Repair. They were patient and understanding with multiple calls. I highly recommend them. They even returned my initial repair message I left, which no other repair shop did.

Art -- from Logan Master Appliance -- came to the house the day after the initial emergency call last week.  Assessed the problem, temporarily fixed it until a replacement part was obtained (This week).  The initial task was difficult in that the Washing Machine (WM) tub was still full of water.  He patiently worked removing the water.  After the majority of water was removed worked UNDERNEATH the WM to get at the pump.  Removed it, with minimal water on the floor, and found that it had locked up -- and would need to be replaced.  Freed the impellor and ran the system -- but recommended a replacement/new pump.  Today was the day to replace the pump.  Bottom line -- Art was a true professional.  Arrived Promptly, did the work quickly, and explained what was being done in a very pleasant fashion -- and the WM is now running -- doing the laundry!  Based upon the work done and Art I would recommend Logan Master Appliance WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS -- They did a GREAT Job, and I was highly pleased with the work and the cost!
