I was very pleased with the work and would definitely use Litehouse again.  In addition to quality work, the owner and his staff are very pleasant, good guys to work with.  I felt quality and satisfaction was the goal of everyone who worked on the job, and nothing was ever hurried.  The owner performed some of the work and was there often enough to provide good guidance.  Because of weather and trying to finish up other jobs before winter, the project stretched out a bit; but that was perfectly fine with me.  I had estimates from two other highly rated (Angie's List) painters, and, while price wasn't the key determinant, Litehouse was the most competitive.

A lot of other companies were not willing to take on painting the pergola because it is so tall. The job was completed in two days. They prepped on the first day and painted on the second. The work turned out very well and they cleaned up after job was completed.

A great job.  Used quality materials.  Repaired significant amount of damaged siding and trim on 35 year old cedar sided home.  Pressure washed and stripped and recaulked windows and replacement wood.  Very reasonable price.  Also, as more damage was discovered as old wood was removed the job got bigger.  Thought the amount charged for extra work was reasonable.  Extra work was impossible to know until damaged wood and caulking was removed exposing damage.  Pressure washed before painting and recaulked old and new wood, made house water tight before painting.  Wood work and paint both look great.  Other areas of siding that I thought would need replacing look so good that new siding in those areas is not needed.  He was punctual and worked around the rain, didn't try to rush through the job, waited until the right couple days.  Cleaned up after the job very well.  Did a walk around with me and took care of a couple very minor touch ups after I had a few days to examine the house.  Did not require any prepayment for materials.  I plan on using Litehouse in the future for any required maintenance that may be needed.  I was very pleased overall and would not have changed a thing.  Does what is promised.  Highly recommended.

He  arrived on time. They cleaned up each day before leaving. I was unsure of of my colors so Blaine picked the them for me, he has a real eye for color. the room looks spectacular !!!  He also painted the crown molding baseboards and trimmed the windows a shade darker than the walls(  His idea).He painted a feature wall , ran wiring  for our 60" which he also mounted on the wall.He even let my dog out during theday. He consulted with me if something came up during the job.

Using Litehouse Painting was the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning I was put at ease by the professionalism of the contractor and crew. I had used other companys in the past and none of them could hold a candle to the detailed craftsmanship and courteous respectful nature of all the talented painters within my home. After the small fire ruined my basement i thought there would be noway to repair the mess, I could not have been more wrong. Litehouse Painting worked a miracle on my soot covered walls and ceiling. By the time the crew left my house my basement was once again beautiful, what a relief! Not to mention,the creative paint choices they selected for my daughters room and my sons room brought huge smiles to thier little faces. At the last minute I decided to have the exterior of my home pressure washed. This was not an issue whatsoever. The Litehouse Painting crew took the last minute reguest with ease. Now my home home is superb from the inside out. Thank you Litehouse Painting.

Blaine power washed our deck a couple of times  primed and painted it. I looks wonderful!!!  We also hired him to paint and add crown molding to our living room.  He did such a good job we hired him again for utility room remodel.
He is skilled,polite,neat ,CLEAN and has a good eye for color very helpful. He was on time 
We have referred him to many friends and the reviews are always excellent. His bids were
better also.
