General Remodeling
Personnel very impressionable and convincing during "sales" pitch and was referred to me by a friend. Work was not completed in its entirety due to a dispute in materials. Promised a specific brand of window for replacements throughout the house and ended up receiving painted vinyl windows. The paint scrapes every time I open the windows. Since then, the foundation on the room has cracked, the plumbing leaked and needed repair, the roof leaked and needed repair, and the doors are completely crooked and will need to be taken out and rehung. In addition, it was necessary to change all locks on my doors due to the contractor not returning house keys after I requested he do so. In summary . . . a nightmare!
