I had them out in January 2016 and February 2017. Here is how it went: 2016 - had them over to install about a half dozen light fixtures, a can light above the upstairs shower, new bathroom fan units, rewire any switches that needed to be rewired to work with new fixtures and also install walkway lights. It was literally an all-day project but they were polite, focused, detailed and very good. They cleaned up well and went over everything on the bill with me before I paid. They will take all your old stuff away to recycle so make sure you let them know if you want any fixtures for sentimental value or resale. 2017 - had them finish installing the rest of the fixtures in the house and change out the track light in the living room. Another job very well done and they changed out the box for some of the light switches to add even more dimmers from the last time. I also had them install a huge light in the foyer which is about 18 feet high. They did it with just a ladder (the other guy was holding the ladder). This was also very well done and the entire house looks so much nicer.

I had a very difficult time finding an electrician who had experience with the heating cables. Joe and Josh did an excellent job. They had to buy new clips and installed them on the cables and adjusted their positions. The plug was replaced. Two new lights were installed in the kitchen a big improvement on what I had. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

From the quote to when the work was performed, everything went smoothly. People arrived on time and were professional. The person who performed the work went over everything with us and made some suggestions for future work that may need to be done.

The tech arrived and informed me that the charge for the visit would be $155.49, and that if a service were performed, it would/ might be deducted. After diagnosing the problem (burner switch not shutting off completely), he said that I would have to contact an appliance repairman since he was not permitted to do these repairs due to their insurance coverage. If I had been informed when I called them, I would have called someone else who could have fixed it since this was my goal.

Called Ott around 8:30 am and they were out in about 4 hours. Replaced the switch and installed a cover now required by the building code. This is the second time I have used Ott. Both times they were very responsive and professional.

Work was done very quickly and professionally. Wiring was sorted out and a neat and professional manner and small problems were fixed along the way.

They were pretty quick about the job. They had a team running around and everybody was busy on their jobs. Certain fixtures they had to put together as they came in pieces so they went to work. I had a couple of ceiling fans which are hard to put together but they knew what they were doing. I appreciate the extra work of assembling the parts together.

We had a good experience. They were on time. We never used them, we just got an estimate. The price was a little high.

The scheduling was prompt. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. The work was performed well and the electrician explained what work was and was not needed. I felt his goal was to do the job we needed and not come up with extra work to be done.

Jason was great. Very confident that he could fix the issue and he did. Located the ground wire that was coming into contact with the live wire in a different light switch, fixed it and we're all set.

It went great. Brian was very professional and conscientious of cost. He fully explained the diagnostic fee, which we agreed to, and then found the problem, explained it fully, and fixed it. He went further to check some other wiring in the basement too, that may have been related to the problem, and also provided me with a quote for a new breaker box for whenever I'm in a position to have that done - without any annoying salesman techniques :) I would definitely use them again.

I was really happy.

The technician arrived on time. He first showed me the lights. It's difficult to have a sense of the product just from a discussion so I wanted to see it before the installation. The LED lights were slim and matched my cabinet color. They were exactly what I hoped for so they wouldn't be visible. The technician installed the lights. He put down a drop cloth and vacuumed up everything at the end. He showed me how the dimmer worked and the new switch that was installed. I am very happy with the product. I would include a photo of the finished product but I don't see that option available any longer.
