Auto Sales
The only thing good about the whole experience was the salesman. The rest of the experience was a nightmare. I told them that I needed a warranty on the car and I was in a hurry and I realized all they gave me was unlimited miles for a year. The car has needed new brakes, tire rod, rotors, front end alignment, and a starter. I even had to tow the car because the starter went out. They told me that this car just came out of the shop and it was in good condition. I live about 45 minutes to an hour away and they had me drive the car out to them several times and they keep saying everything is fine with the brakes, which they are not.

"The member has been making contradicting statements since she purchased her car from us. She has told us that the car was: 1. Stolen and recovered. 2. Stolen, wrecked and recovered. 3. She stated that her boyfriend stole the keys and she demanded we replace the locks and keys at our expense, 4. She stated the care would not start. When asked about the battery she said that it had been removed and put into another car. We have installed breaks, tie rod, starter, and did front alignment at no charge. We gave her a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty, she was offered a service contract and declined the coverage."
