- On 6/13/14.... Took our car up to Magic City Customs at 9:45 am for our 10:00 am appointment. He told us that it would be about 4 hours and he would call us when he was almost done. Well... 5 hours later at 3:00 pm he calls and says that he is running behind and it will take a little longer and he only had one more window to do and it would be about 45 minutes more. So we figured we would go back up there at 4:00 pm and pick the car up that he should be done. When we got there he didn't even have the back window done yet. Our car DID NOT leave that place until almost 8:00 pm that night. 10 hours later! He told my Fiance that his tint guy never showed up and he was working with a hurt ankle. We told him that we are understanding people and we would have been more than happy to have rescheduled everything because we were suppose to have our truck done on the same day. He did charge us a lot less for the tinting than he had quoted us for our inconvenience which we thought was awesome. My Fiance talked to him the following Tuesday and rescheduled our truck to be tinted on 6/20/14 today at 11:00 am. Took the truck up there and the girl in the office said there was nothing in the appointment book for us and the guy that did our tinting wasn't even there and she couldn't get a hold of him. We are done with them. They have good reviews on Facebook and Yahoo so they must have done some good work for somebody but surely not with us.
