Responsiveness was great, easy to understand; plumber (Carl) showed up on time, was professional, knew was he was doing, cared about the job, cleaned up when he was finished. I would definitely hire this company again.

Sent one person to remove existing 80 gallon tank and install new 50 gallon tank and that person had a back injury and could not do either alone. He also did not have all parts needed to install tank and had to call for parts to be dropped off to him, not once but twice. Once it was installed the temperature was not set properly and took two additional calls and trips on different days to get it even remotely close to being set as it was pre installation, requiring me to take time off work three separate days! No compassion from company or owner to my issues. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!

Went extremely well, it turn out the part the co sent didn't fix the problem, the contacted the manufacturer of the tank (the tank was still under warranty) and was able to okay a full tank replacement. They removed the old tank, picked up the new tank & installed it, also giving me a review of how the whole system (with my existing water softener) operated and pointers on keeping it running well. Considering the amount of time spent on the whole project from initial service call to the finished project I expected the bill for labor to be higher. I'm forever in their gratitude and will call them for any plumbing needs down the road.

Since the repairman said he charged by hourly increments, I had some other small jobs fixed while he was there, too. I got a new bathtub spigot because the flow lever was rusted into the shower position and I could not take a bath. Now I can! He also tightened up the kitchen faucet so it would stay stationary when I turned to faucet to either sink. Everything done in approximately an hour. Great work getting me out of a mess!

I normally do this repair but I found the retaining nut would not budge on the shower monitor. After the plumber cut the retaining nut he then replaced the worn springs and seals. He then put all the pieces back together. Shower works great without any drips when turned off.

So professional. We would use this company again. The technician knew exactly what he was doing & will be coming back for another job very soon.

Our water heater went bad and we called Dominion to send out a plumber. The plumber they used told us our water heater was in an illegal area and then refused to do any work whatsoever. We called Kline and Kavali and they came out the next day. Their plumber said our water heater was perfectly fine where it was situated, and advised us to call Dominion back. Their plumber INSISTED it was illegally placed and even called the Kent inspector and told him the same thing. The inspector came out 2 days later and after one glance informed us that our water heater was fine where it was, and also that the Dominion plumber had misled him about the details. Finally, after another several days of wrangling with Dominion they allowed us to use Kline and Kavali for the replacement. Our replacement was done in 24 hours and I will DEFINITELY use K&K for future jobs. Polite, professional, honest and courteous.....that sums up Kline and Kavali to me!

great job! Carl fixed it and was very nice and professional. We had this company and Carl do a repair on our kitchen sink before, we were pleased so that is why when we needed a Plumber we called them again.

On 3 or 4 different occasions, the boiler at our business broke down, including having frozen pipes, etc. The team at Kline-Kavali were always responsive, always made time to help us even though they were already over booked on their schedule. They nursed our boiler through the winter and helped us with a game plan for long term relief from our boiler woes. They could have made MUCH more money from us, but they talked us through why to not spend big dollars on a new system for our business, and how they could help our present boiler be ship shape. Their emergency repair visits were very reasonable, and they ultimately replaced our main pump for the boiler system. For the biggest job, it was only in the $1,000 range. We could not be happier with their service, their price, their help in every way!

They came out the next day because they were booked up. With this kind of service I can understand why. I have had to use other plumbers in the past but no one compares to the outstanding service we received. Carl was their representative and he called before arriving with an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was very courteous and represented his company well.

They did a great job. This was in a bathroom with 70-year-old pipes. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and competent. Will definitely use them again.

I had a good experience with them. I was amazed at how fast they got out here and fixed it. He did not over charge since it was an emergency. He got it done quickly. I have used them before. I used them to fix a toilet. When I called them about a leak and they came out right away. He did a re-seal and did not charge me for it. I would use him again.

He was able to give a diagnosis of the problem and fix the pipe that burst and recommend a handyman to fix the other issue. He explained everything clearly.

This solved the problem and prevented our house plants from being exposed to the cold.

Our water heater was not working. I called the firm that installed it; that firm does not service that model and recommended Kline and
Kavali. When I called Kline and Kavali, I was told that a technician was in our area already and would come to our house when he finished his current assignment. 90 minutes later, he appeared. He diagnosed the cause of the failure and also spotted the fact that there was a break in our PVC exhaust pipe. He addressed both issues and charged us for a one-hour service call.
Fast response, terrific service, and a low price. It doesn't get much better.

Quick, quality professional service.

excellent service and they clearly explained what and why of what they intended and needed to do. They worked with the general contractor to produce an outstanding job. I strongly recommend them. It was a difficult addition on an older house and they did it perfectly.

An AO Smith gas water heater installed by Kline and Kavali in 2008 began leaking on a Friday. I phoned and arranged a service call for the following Monday. The service tech arrived on time and quickly determined that the water heater had failed. Since the water heater was a power direct vent model, not a common unit, it took about 4 days to locate a replacement (which was much better than the 10-14 days originally estimated.)

The service tech had to reconfigure the air intake and exhaust lines and the gas line to the new water heater since it was a different model than the original unit. Removing the original unit and installing the new one took about 4 hours.

Kline and Kavali dealt with AO Smith and handled the warranty paper work. I only had to pay for the labor. Everyone at Kline and Kavali was very helpful and professional.

They told us which part to order for the faucet and gave us the website where we could order the part. We are also very pleased with the furnace.
