Brian came out, and within half an hour, he found a simple part that had failed. It was replaced and was working again in no time! As for punctuality, he actually made it to my house before I did. He was kind and informative, and very reasonably priced. I had first contacted another local establishment that had been in business for decades, and their price for the first half hour alone (before parts) would have come to much more than Brian charged for the entire job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Brian!

He spent quite a bit of time removing the accumulated frost on the defrost heater. Replaced thermostat then cleaned up any remaining frost in the freezer.

Came out to check the problem the same day I called. Quoted me the charge for coming out and checking for the problem. Told me I needed the main control panel for my dryer. Said he would order it and probably have it over the weekend. He called me to tell me the part was in and he could come the next morning to put it in. I would not be home the next morning so he said he could come out a little later that day(that he called). He was running behind but came out for us anyway. I was so happy to finally have it fixed. He installed the part and my dryer worked fine. Didn't even take half an hour. Said any further problems, to give him a call. The dryer is working fine now and I was very happy with the price (no surprises) and the response. I had called a few other dryer repair places before I called Home Pro and no one could come out the day I called. Home Pro did and brought the part when promised. Service man was pleasant, friendly and very professional. I would surely recommend him and his services to all.

The service provider was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain that what had gone wrong was fairly typical of our make and model of dryer. I feel that we were also given really good advice about when the point is reached to consider purchase of a new unit. I even got some person insight on what to look for in a new one. Very good service

He checked it thoroughly. He was very efficient. It was worth paying the hourly rate. He moved it carefully. He had a cleaner and found the problem. He checked everything and cleaned everything behind the refrigerator. My overall experience was very good. I was very pleased with them. I had bad experiences before. He was very good. I would use him in the future.

Our refrigerator was not cooling. The freezer compartment (bottom drawer location) was working ok, but the refrigeration compartment was not cooling down.
We called Homepro in the morning and left a message. Brian got back to us after a couple of hours, and we made an appointment for the afternoon.
In the afternoon, he called ahead, and we got the refrigerator ready to be looked at. He came over and diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour. It wasn't defrosting, so the frost build-up was blocking the flow of air to the refrigerator compartment.
Brian is a very professional and efficient workman. We couldn't be more pleased. He will also be replacing the seal on the refigerator door, but that has to be ordered. I will consider that to be part of this review, so I won't be writing a seperate review for that operation.

My two year old Duet dryer quiet heating on a Sunday. I called Brian at HomePro Appliance Services on Monday and he promptly replied. He came out the next day (Tuesday) and replaced the temperature sensor. While he was at my home, I had him look at our chest freezer which he pronounced DOA. He could have fixed it but was honest and said it was "cheaper" to buy another one. The service was excellent and the price was extremely reasonable. I will use again and I would definitely highly recommend.

We have used Brian before several times. He is prompt, and courteous, and reasonable in his charges. I would give him an A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ if I could :-). I HIGHLY recommend him!
