She responded to my call promptly, and came to the initial appointment on time.  She was on time to clean and did a fantastic job.

She had no openings so I had to look elsewhere.  She came highly recommended.

Liz always does a great job.  She has cleaned vacated apartments for me from top to bottom twice now, and she used to clean my home when I lived closer to her service area.  She always has been very professional and effective.  I highly recommend her.

She was impeccable. I would love her to clean my house but she lives too far away. But if you need her in the Kent area - she is wonderful.

Liz is very thorough and detail-oriented. Just what you want in a cleaner. Our house always looks spectacular when she is done. We had a previous cleaner who spent too much time on the cell phone and missed the ceiling cobwebs week after week. Liz gets the basics done each time and sets up a rotating schedule to do detail cleaning such as dusting window blinds, vacuuming ceiling corners, and washing the kitchen window. I was really pleased one week when she opened the louvered shutters on our bathroom window and cleaned behind them without being asked because she noticed a lot of dust had gathered there. I came home to find sparkling windows. Liz and I discussed all her cleaning products beforehand because I have some sensitivities, and she was very willing to work within my guidelines. We spend 1-1 1/2 hours picking up and putting away clutter before she arrives so she can clean without having to deal with our mess. My husband and I both work fulltime and we have one ten-year old child and a small-breed dog that sheds as much as a large dog. Liz has had many of her customers for quite some time and provides good references.
