+ -1 moreI HAD NEVER HAD UPHOLSTERING WORK DONE BEFORE, BUT GARY OF GRAND UPHOLSTERY WAS JUST WONDERFUL. HE LET ME TAKE SAMPLE BOOKS HOME TO PICK OUT A FABRIC WITH MY HUSBAND, PROMPTLY INFORMED ME THAT OUR FIRST PICK WAS A ''DROPPED PATTERN,'' HAD OUR SECOND CHOICE FABRIC IN WITHIN A WEEK, AND PATIENTLY SHOWED ME HOW TO UNSCREW THE SEATS FROM THE CHAIRS SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO MAKE 6 TRIPS IN MY LITTLE 2-DOOR CAR! HE ALSO ADVISED ME TO NUMBER THE SEATS AND FRAMES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING MATCHED UP AFTERWARDS. HE HAD THE CHAIRS DONE WITHIN 3 DAYS AND THEY LOOK GREAT. I AM THRILLED AT THE GREAT PRICE AND GREAT SERVICE I RECEIVED, AND MY ''NEW'' DINING SET LOOKS FANTASTIC! IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR UPHOLSTERY WORK IN THE FUTURE!
