FLYNN'S TIRE & AUTO SVC

We were on a cross country road trip from Pennsylvania to California and suddenly a burnt smell was coming from the front passenger wheel. We pulled off the road in Ohio on Saturday before Labor Day at around 1:30ish and after stopping at three service stations we encountered a rollback driver who recommended we call Flynn’s. They had us stop over to see what they could do even though it was a half hour before closing time. They were able to make the necessary repairs in no time and sent us on our way. Assuring us we would make it to California without further issue. And we did! Thank you to these guys they were a life saver on a holiday weekend. We purchased our tires from here about a year ago. Part of what we liked was that they said they stand behind their tires (punctures and flat tires). We were filling the tire with air and the stem fell out. When we tried to get them to stand behind their tires, they said it was not part of what they cover.

I have a Toyota 4Runner. The original tires were Michelin Cross Terrains. Michelin discontinued this tire around 2009. These tires were great, everything you need in a tire. My dealership recommended Michelin Latitude Tour HP. I absolutely hated these tires. The handling was nothing like I was used to.I drove on them for a little over a year having them balanced every couple of months. I finally had enough. I called Flynn's and told them my story...They know tires... I asked about the LTX M/S2. After explaining the ride I was used to and that I used a lot of highway, they explained the differences between the two. I felt so comfortable with my decision. They do not pressure you . The work was done in a very timely,professional and courteous manner. I love my vehicle again!!! So happy I gave them a call. I would not hesitate to recommend Flynn's Tire (Market Street) to anyone......

I needed new tires, but didn't want to pay $$$. A Flynn's tech showed me different options, outlined the differences in quality and performance without pressuring me one way or another. I was able to find strong safe tires that don't cost an arm and a leg. The tires have performed beautifully in the past month's winter weather.

They are down-to-earth, straightforward, and very polite. They are not condescending to customers, and give honest time estimates. I think they do great work.
