If you're going to use them, keep an eye on them. Make sure they do everything they say they'll do, because we wanted the entire house cleaned and he was in and out of here, an entire home, in probably what amounted to about 40 minutes. I don't know how you clean carpets in a home that fast.

My office is probably about 2500 sq. ft. and it has that commercial grade carpet in there that I ended up having them clean it before I got moved in. They did fine. They were able to come out pretty quick. I called them up and they came in within maybe about 3 days cause once I got the lease signed I had to be in within 2 weeks. So, I had to get in there as soon as I could. I think I had a little bit of a discount with them.

I've had dry before and I liked that, but Stanley Steamer, the price is good, they come when they say, they're very professional. The quality was good. They're very professional. I liked the pricing and I liked the work they did.

Carpets all look fresh and clean. Make-up stains on the bedroom carpet are all gone! The 2 cleaners were on time, used booties in the house, very efficient work, done in a timely manner. The 2 cleaners were friendly, explained all of the work up-front and price was reasonable, with all the work completed.

The carpets took days to dry and when it was dry I was left with brown lines and stains all over my carpet. The service technician came back out and simply sprayed the are with vinegar and rinsed it with water, he did not re clean my carpet. So $500 later I cleaned my carpet this morning and with my Bissell cleaner and the brown stains are finally gone. It is absurd that I was able to do a more thorough job than a professional company. I could have saved myself a lot of money and time and headache if I had done it all on my own, and the next time I will.

They did a good job.  They came out and I don’t remember the situation exactly, but it was drying up. They were the only ones that I could get to come right out. It was one room, but it was worth it; I needed somebody to come out.

They did a great job for a reasonable price.  I will definitely use them again.

I did not find them on Angie's List. They are local here. It cost $99 but with the tax and everything it came up to $120. They always do a good job. I also go with another service provider who is local here but I could not get a hold of him and this deal was on. So, I took it and it was 3 rooms for $99. They just talked to me over the phone and told me what the cost was to clean the carpets in 3 rooms. My overall experience with them was above average and it was good but not excellent. Their price was excellent. The quality of their work was good.

I wouldn't use them again.  They leave the carpets very wet when they're here.  I used to have a contract with them years ago.  I needed my carpets cleaned quickly, and I couldn't get anyone else, so I used them.  I told them to make sure that the water gets out of the carpet.  It stayed wet all the way into the next day.  The helper was useless, in my opinion.  He did nothing.  The man who was in charge doing the work was great.

I wasn't here when it was done, but they always do good job for me. We did the stain thing because we have a cat. When it dried, we had a little streaking, but they came right with the streaking thing.

He was a very careful worker and we are satisfied.

They were very professional.

The scheduling was easy and friendly. They came when they were scheduled to be there. The person that came was polite and professional. He carefully moved the furniture and moved it back after cleaning.
